Colleen's POV:
I feel my hands interlocking with the warmth of someone else as I wake up. Without opening my eyes I smile, gathering the slight scent of perfume which always finds a way to greet my senses. Realising I'm on top of her I dig my hands underneath her and squeeze her into me. Her fingers trace up and down my back, making circles and patterns. I know she's already awake, I don't feel like getting up any time soon so for a while I sit and pretend I'm still asleep, listening to her giggle away at her phone, she's so cute.Eventually I decide to open my eyes, and am greeted by a huge smile "Good Morning beautiful" I hear her sexy husky voice whisper. I shift upwards slightly, and greet her back by gently kissing her collarbone.
My phones soon disrupts and in response I moan at it's annoying tone. Picking it up I see a message from Christopher:
Chris: Hey Colleen, where were you at the party last night? I didn't see you leave?
Shit. I completely forgot we left so early and with what happened neither of us said goodbye.
Colleen: I'm so sorry Chris, something happened and we had to leave. I'll make it up to you x
Chris: It's fine, as long as your alright xI rolled back to see Gabbie, also on her phone. "So where were you thinking we should go on this first date?" I smirk. She takes her eyes of her phone and looks down to me and thinks for a minute. "How about the mall? We could look around a couple shops then grab some food?" "Sounds good" I reply. We both roll out of bed and continue to get ready.
. . .
Eventually we arrive at the mall, it's pretty big and I'm certain we will get lost. "Gabs I've never been here before, do you know where we are going?" I say, slightly worried "I haven't got a clue, but I'm sure we will be fine, just stick with me" With that she grabs my hand and begins walking to the entrance "Wow wow, Gabbie is it a good idea to.. hold hands? I love it, but what if someone spots us?" She laughs at my panicked tone "I'm sure no one will, come on let's enjoy this" she said sweetly, enough to bribe me to take her hand and drag her into the mall.
Gabbie's POV:
So far we've been through a couple shops and have bought a couple items of makeup. It's funny watching Colleen pull me around with her to each section of the store and ask my opinion on everything, to which I always reply "It's great! You don't need it to look beautiful though" She'd always frown at my opinion and buy it anyway, but I love the way she'd hold my hand pretty much the whole day. I think shopping is more her thing, but when it came to food I was the expert. It was my turn to drag her around the food court. We agreed on Panda Express and sat down to eat lunch. A couple fans came over and asked for pictures which was fine as we weren't acting like a couple when eating, so we gladly took pictures without looking suspicious. "Hey babe, I'm just going to go to the bathroom I'll be right back" I yelled while getting off my seat. I didn't want to leave her here alone, but I'd only be a couple minutes.
Entering the bathroom, I realised there was a huge line and patiently waited in the line for a free stall. I was eventually at the front and a women exited a stall. Before walking in I glanced over to see who came out, and stood froze in place to see Rachel exiting the stall to wash her hands. "Are you going to go in?" I hear a lady yell from behind me. Rachel glanced up at the women and then made her eyes to me, she quickly realised who it was and smiled, walking towards me. Before she had a chance to talk I ran out and sprinted back to Colleen "Hey, hey what's up?" "Are you done? Let's go somewhere else!" I say panting out of breath, and quickly grab her hand before marching out of the food court.Colleen's POV:
Waiting for Gabbie to get back felt like forever, I hate being alone in public, feeling so vulnerable. Eventually I spot her jumping through the crowds of people trying to get back to the table; she's practically running. I stand up and dart over to her "Hey, hey what's up" I say quietly, placing one hand on her waist "Are you done? Let's go somewhere else" She grabs my hand and we sprint out of the food court. As her pace slows I manage to finally stand beside her "What was that about? What happened in there?" I ask with concerned look in my eyes, her face had turned white which grew my worry "I'll tell you later, let's just finish up here okay?" She breaths fast.
For the next hour I continue pulling Gabbie through the shops as she finally calms down and we enjoy the rest of the day. Even just holding this girls hand makes me love her even more.
We head back to the car and as we arrive and before she can climb in, I pull her waist into mine and place my hand around her neck "I just wanted to say thank you, today has been amazing" I say in awe, in return she pulls me into a hug, sneakingly placing her hands on my butt, making me flinch before we jump back into the car.Gabbie's POV:
It's the drive home to Colleen's and we're talking about anything popping into our heads. The suns setting on the horizon and the radios playing quietly in the background. Suddenly the car pulls in at a view point across a beach and Colleen turns down the radio "Sorry, I had to stop and take some pics of this beautiful sunset", she says about to step out the car "Hey, it's not as beautiful as my girl" I say quickly in reply, she blushes and rolls her eyes continuing to exit the car. I do the same and meet her around the hood of the car as we take a couple pictures together, as friends of course. "Hey, do you wanna come here tomorrow?" I say to her as her eyes wonder around the waves crashing onto the beach "That would be great!" She shouts giving me a huge smile. We jump back in the car and continue the journey home with are usual talk, "So Gabs, what did happen earlier?" She asks quietly, I look out the window, trying not to make eye contact as she drives, I can't just ignore her "I saw Rachel in the bathroom" Her foot stepped on the brake as the car behind us beeped their horn "You saw WHO?" She shouts shocked at my answer "I panicked as she started walking toward me, so I ran out the room to find you so we could leave before she saw us" she continued driving "You should have told me Gabs, she could have hurt you" she sounded so upset "I didn't want to ruin our date, we were having a great time when I just wanted to put it behind me" That was true, we had a great time. "If you ever see her again, tell me okay?" Her serious tone was kind of intimidating, I simply nodded as we pulled into the drive and made our way upstairs to get to sleep for the night.
