Gabbie's POV:
I felt so much better talking to the camera. Letting my feelings out and warning everyone to not hate Colleen took so much weight off my current state of mind.
Colleen helped me edit and we quickly posted the video, waiting for the video to upload felt like the longest wait I've ever experienced, we sat curled up on the sofa as my hands trembled with each percent increasing. As the video finally uploaded I watched the screen refreshed again and again, views one by one, hundred by hundred and thousand by thousand watching the video I dread the outcome as it is consumed by the internet.
After a while things seemed to calm down, many people thought I was faking, but the majority were extremely supportive which made me feel so much better finally being able to talk, and not shy away from a camera. Of course Colleen hadn't vlogged the past couple days, so for the first time she picked up her camera and began talking about the new video, she would point the camera at me every now and then, but I think we both gathered enough had been said on camera today. So she placed it back on the table and we watched Netflix for the remaining hours of the day.
I loved feeling so close to Colleen, but I couldn't tell if she was only doing this because she felt bad for me, or if she actually liked me in this way. Regardless I wanted to make the most of it, for a while we spooned on the sofa watching Haters Back Off. I turned around to face her so we longed into each other's eyes. "Thank you Colleen" I whisper, she plays with my fingers making them tingle "No, thank you Gabbie" she smiles, that's the last I remember, before drifting off to sleep nestled in her sweet arms.. . .
*1 Week Later*
We walked into Christopher's new house and were instantly greeted by Bailey, Jacob and Parker all sporting cute outfits. Walking into the lounge we meet Jessica, holding Duncan "Heya guys!" She says waving Duncan's hand to greet us, we both coe at him before walking to the table to put down Christopher's gifts.
I hear a sudden scream from a back room, a couple of people arguing "who invited her here?" I hear a familiar voice say, I back up against the wall before seeing a face appear from behind the wall, it's Rachel. "Haven't I told you to leave her alone already?" She mumbles, approaching me broadly, and drags me out to the pool, I'm screaming for Colleen. I feel her hand shove me against the edge of the pool before my body is submerged in the icy water, encasing me.
"Gabby! Gab wake up" I hear all of a sudden. A faint noise in the blurred background I assume because I'm underwater. Hang on I can breath underwater? I open my eyes to find myself back in Colleen's room. I clench onto her tight as my heart beats out of my chest "Wow wow calm down Gabs, it's just a dream" I relax into her, feeling sweat drip down my forehead. It's still a week before Christopher's birthday, thank god. "Gabs we should probably get to bed, it's past midnight"she says playing with my hair softly, her voice making me nearly drift back to sleep with its sweet tone. She drags me off the sofa and up the stairs, then pulling me into a huge hug in the middle of the corridor. I flinch from her touch, making me push her into the wall, we both blush. I begin making my way to the guest room "Goodnight Gabbie" I hear her sexy voice whisper, "Co-Colleen" I shy voice, "Is it ok if I share your bed tonight, incase I have another nightmare?" Good excuse Gabbie, I say to myself jokingly. She grins, opening her door and waving her hand, giving me entry to lead into her room. My hand brushes against her stomach as I narrowly walk past her "Thank you" I whisper into her delicate ear. In response she bites her lip, damn!
