*2 Weeks Later*
Colleen's POV:
Today was finally the day! The day we would be setting off on our journey with some friends on a tour none of us are going to forget.
Me and Gabbie are both already up, but of course it's us, and neither of us have packed. We pull out our suitcases and start chucking in all sorts of clothes for all types of weather. All sorts of emotions rushed around my head, I was of course way too exited, seeming as all we'd be doing is traveling the next couple days, but I was also nervous, first of course because I'd never been to Europe, but I was even more nervous to see Rachel for the first time since what happened. I could tell Gabbie was too as she began pacing up and down the room.We grab our keys and juggle our many suitcases to the uber waiting outside which was taking us to the airport. It was about an hour journey there, and for the majority of the time I sat watching the LA palm trees roll by, taking in the last of the heat here, which we probably wouldn't see for a while.
Eventually planes starts appearing low in the sky, taking off and landing which I guess indicates we are nearly there, and before we know it, we are greeted by a huge welcome sign as we drive into the drop off area. We climb out the taxi and struggle with our suitcases inside. No one else has arrived yet, so we decide to go drop off our suitcases already, just to let our hands free.
As we say goodbye to our luggage we see Lilly, Joey and Daniel arrive "Heya guys, glad to see you made it this far!" We joke as they also get rid of their luggage. We sit at a Starbucks for a while, waiting for the others to arrive before going through customs. I feel mine and Gabbie's behaviour tense in anticipation for Rachel's arrival, I don't think the others have caught on about our little feud yet and I'm glad. Speaking of, I see Matts head quickly emerge through the crowds of people, quickly followed by Rachel behind, we wave them over and they begin walking towards us. Gabbie clenches almost too tight onto my hand as they grow nearer, we however try to push through a fake smile and greet them to sit with us. Rachel doesn't look particularly happy, but neither mad or angry either, she actually seems quite emotionless.
Lilly immediately senses awkward tension between us, looking at us questionably before taking them off into conversation, thank god she's here. Soon after Liza and Kory arrive "Hey sisters!" Kory yells at us, throwing his headphones and phone in the air. We all greet them before making our way over to luggage so they can drop off their own, and then begin the security check.
"NEXT!" A rather large security women yells at me, as I realise I'm now at the front of the line. I walk through the machine, and of course it has to start beeping. "Please step to one side ma'am" I hear the same lady voice, shoving me into another machine. I hear Gabbie viciously laughing, as she passed all clear though the machine, taking the piss out of me. I throw her a glare and she begins walking over "Okay well if you have to take your clothes off, I'm willing to help" she laughs rather loud, making the security lady give us a look. "Woah, she woke up of bed the wrong side this morning" Gabs loudly whispers, and I giggle in reply. The security rolls her eyes "Okay you can go, your all clear" she says waving us off, and we continue to meet with the group to look around the shops for a while.
None of us end up buying anything, but then who does, it's basically just a shopping zone to kill time while waiting for your flight. I leave Gabbie wondering off into a different shop and quickly loose interest, so I decide to walk around and find the board telling us which gate our flight is in. My eyes dart though the hundreds red, yellow and green flights, all going everywhere across the world. Eventually I find ours, our flight takes off in an hour so we better start making our way there, it's Gate 37. "Hey there you are! I though we lost you!" I hear a voice say from behind me, I twist to be pleasantly surprised by Gabbie, with a concerned look on her face, I look over her shoulder to see everyone waiting for me, and I blush knowing I'm probably holding them all up. "Well I found where we are suppose to be, let's head to our gate" I announce, before grabbing her hand and leading the pack to the correct place.I hand the stewardess my passport as she looks me up and down, making me feel rather intimidated by her scowling beady eyes. "Have a great flight!" She says with a fake advertised tone and forced smile, handing me back my passport. I weakly smile back and we begin boarding the plane.
Now this wasn't the worst of planes, but by far not the classiest. We had decent leg room, and were given a little travel pack consisting of a sleeping mask, slippers, socks, a branded pen and a tooth brush. We also all had a little TV, which other than Gabbie, would be my main source of entertainment for the 11 hour flight.
Of course being the child she is I let Gabbie take the window seat, and I sat next to her, followed by Liza. Behind us where Joey, Daniel and Kory and then Matt, Rachel and Lilly behind.
Stewards began walking down the aisle, guiding the emergency exits and procedures, which I tend to just ignore.
The plane began vibrating as I gathered we were on the move, and suddenly, my head sit the seat as the plane began to take off. "There's no going back now babe! Amsterdam here we come!" I shout against the engines roar. We squeeze each other's hands before finally relaxing as we begin to reach a high enough altitude.
I never realised how much of a small bladder Gabbie has, like every half and hour she'd have to go to the restroom and try and shuffle past me and Liza. I thoroughly enjoyed her butt in my face for that split second though, so I guess it was worth it.
Every now and the alarm would go off to put on our seat belts due to turbulence, which I really hate. Gabbie instantly noticed by fear and wrapped her arms around me into a tight hug, I would hide into her jumper and that would instantly calm my nerve.
The rest of the flight I sat with my head layed on Gabbie's shoulder. Everyone got out their cameras to vlog now and then which was quite funny, seeing all the other people on the plan give us strange looks, but we just ignored it and enjoyed the experience. I watched a couple movies, edited loads of content and had a nap which were all very successful considering the noise of the plane. "All passengers aboard we would like to welcome you shortly as we will be arriving in Amsterdam" a steward voiced on the radio, followed by the instructions to buckle up once again. I held tight to Gabbie as we descended and eventually hit the runway.Everyone ran off the plane, buzzing to see the tour bus. We collected our luggage and suitcases and walked around trying to find the bus driver. Eventually we saw him holding up a sign saying "The YouTube Gang" we all giggled and marched over. He greeted me with a smile and stuck out his hand, which I slowly shook "Heya guys I'm Nick, I'll be your bus driver the next couple weeks!" his British accent instantly shocked me, but it was cute. He was about middle aged, with light brunette wavy hair, green hazel eyes and a small moustache. "This way ladies and gents" he smiled, waving us to follow him. Our group walked through a back entrance, a couple vlogging their reaction as our faces lit up to see the biggest bus I've ever seen, with all our faces printed onto the sides. We all gasped in excitement, one by one jumping on board.
Everything was so new, as you entered there was the kitchen, which lead to the main lounge. Then further back were the bunk beds followed by the master suite and the bathroom. We all ran on and dumped our luggage on the sofa. Everyone instantly claimed their beds. On one side were the girls, Liza dipped top bunk, followed by Rachel and Lilly wanted bottom. Opposite them were Joey on top bunk, Daniel in the middle and Kory on the bottom, leaving Matt to sleep on the sofa bed. Me and Gabbie got the master bed out the back, it had its own private room so we were really grateful the others offered it to us.
For a while we all sat prepping our bus. The others were styling their bunks and we began unloading the food, and clothes in the storage room. Everyone felt so buzzed, even Rachel began vlogging.
It was currently only 8pm in Amsterdam, but our body clocks were a mess and everyone was shattered, so we decided to get an early night, seeming as the first event was tomorrow. The bus began driving, it was strange feeling as though we were moving even though we were in bed. I felt for the others who had to master not rolling out of their bunks in the night. "Goodnight Guys!" I yelled down the hallway as everyone shut their own little curtains for privacy "Goodnight" they all whispered, even Rachel, which put me in the best mood. I shut the door and snuggled into an already asleep Gabbie, exited for what tomorrow would bring.A/N: Another chapter for you guys! I can't believe how many people are reading!
