Dangerous 1: Daemon Smith [COMPLETED]

Chapter 22

Daemon was sweating bullets habang nakaupo siya sa tabi ni Snow.

Nasa loob na sila ng eroplano at nasa byahe na silang dalawa pauwi ng Pilipinas at plano niya na magtapat kay Snow habang narito sila sa loob.

Huminga muna siya ng malalim bago tiningnan si Snow. Nakatingin ang kasintahan niya sa bintana.

Tinatamaan ng sinag ng araw ang mukha ni Snow and she looks even prettier in his eyes as time passed by.

Nababaliw na siya. Noong nalaman niyang buntis na ito ay hindi niya kaagad naipakita sa kasintahan kung gaano siya kasaya.

He was livid because of what happened to Snow. Though now, he's calm and collected, back to his usual self, or so he thought.

Sobrang kinakabahan siya. Ni hindi nga siya kinakabahan sa mga laban niya sa korte pero rito sa pagtatapat kay Snow ay kinakabahan siya.

Oo nga at girlfriend niya si Snow, pero hindi pa naman niya sinasabi rito na mahal niya ito o kung may gusto man siya rito.

Daemon took a deep breath before talking. "Baby." Aniya at bumaling naman si Snow sa kanya.

"Do you want to listen to a story?" Tanong niya rito at ngumiti naman ito sa kanya. And his heart just melted.

"Sure." Sagot naman ni Snow kaya ngumiti siya rito.

Daemon took Snow's hand as he gently squeezed it before speaking.

"Once upon a time, there's this boy. He was naive. He grew up in a family wherein everything was given to him. From clothes, to houses, to cars and anything. He can have anything that he would ask for in a blink of an eye. His parents both came from a very rich family and his life seemed to be perfect." Daemon smiled as he remembered those days.

Yun yung mga araw na wala pa siyang pakialam sa mundo at masaya siya sa buhay na meron siya. He's contented with his life in the past, his almost perfect life.

"Until one day, he saw his father kissing someone. And that someone is a friend of his mother. She would always visit them and he never expected to see such sight. He was scared, scared that his mother would find out about it and his family would be destroyed. He's also angry. Angry for what his father had done." Mapakla siyang ngumiti habang nagkwekwento.

Memories of those days started to surface as he told his story.

"Ayaw niyang masira ang pamilya niya. Being a part of a broken family was never in his plan. He was so young, yet things already got bumpy for him. His little sister would be devastated if she were to know what their father did. But he can't just keep his mouth shut. His conscience is eating him."

"But before he had the chance to tell his mother, his mother saw his father and her friend, being intimate with each other. And that's where his almost perfect life started to fall apart. His mother became depressed and took her own life. Since then, he was angry at his father." Mapakla siyang tumawa nang sinabi niya ang mga katagang iyon.

He can see that Snow is listening to him. Titig na titig ito sa kanya at seryosong nakikinig sa mga sinasabi niya.

"His father remarried and he never talked to him. Hindi niya gustong makausap ang taong sumira ng pamilya niya. But then, naaksidente ang nakababata niyang kapatid. And his little sister is the only one that meant so much for him. Siya na lang ang natitira sa kanya."

"During that time, nag-aaral pa siya. Hindi pa niya kayang tustusan ang gastusin sa hospital and truth be told, kahit mataas ang pride niya kinain niya iyon ng humingi siya ng tulong sa tatay niya. Never did he asked for his help after what happened in their family. Bumukod silang magkapatid but shit happened at naaksidente ang kapatid niya."
