Chapter 1: A Walk Into A Movie Set

(Kay's POV)

I got up a little to early this morning because my dog was barking like a maniac. I looked at my clock it was five in the morning. I never wake up this early even on a school day and it's summer. I turned toward my window and saw my dog, Chest (I know it's kind of a weird name for a dog) staring out my window. Of course he wants to go for a walk. It was always me who had to take him for walks because my dad, Bill was never home he was always on some business trip, my older sister, Tammy hated Chest, and my younger sister was to young to go alone on a walk with him. So that left me to the job.

I got out of bed, got dressed, and took my dog for his walk. We normallly go around our block but today Chest wanting to go somewhere else. We kept walking and walking and walking. This was defiantly a part of Canada were I've never been before. Go thing I got my phone just in case I get lost.

"Chest, are you done walking yet?" I asked Chest. No bark no answer no nothing. Well dogs don't really talk so yeah he's not really going to respond. "How are you not tired yet, Chest?"

I thought my dog was crazy he never wanted to walk so much. He's normally a lazy dog. My legs felt like they were going to fall of and Chest kept pulling on me to go faster. I had no idea where he could be taking me.

I took out my phone, turned it on, and the time was six in the morning. We've been walking for a hour now. It seemed like five hours not one. It's like we traveled across Canada.

"Stop please stop Chest." I said. He turned and he barked once. "Ok so is that a yes?"

It wasn't a yes it was a no. Then I saw him put up his paw and his pointed toward something in the distance. He turned and looked at me and I said, "Well go over there turn around and head back home ok." He barked and started running. I couldn't keep my grip on the leash. It slipped out of my hand and Chest went running off. I went running after him yelling his name a thousand time. He wouldn't listen to me. I think my dogs possessed.

When we got closer the area he was pointing toward looked fimiliar like it was something I saw on tv or the computer. I got it know it's the set of The Percy Jaskson movie. On the news the other night it show the set and they were talking about the movie being filmed in Canada but how did Chest know I would want to go here or why would he want to go here. Well he does she me watching the star of the movie Logan Lerman on tv and they showed him on the news but this is just plan weird.

"STOP CHEST!" I yelled. He turned looked at me then went into a hole in the fence. I ran after him. I stopped when I got to the small hole in the fence. It was just big enough for me to fit though it.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The Percy Jackson set. It was like I was in heaven.

"Chest." I said in a whisper. Then I felt someone grab my shoulder. I was sacred to look back. I didn't belong on this movie set and who know what the would do to a seventeen year old girl who was trying to sneak onto a movie set. What was I going to say to them "I'm sorry I didn't mean to come into this set it just my crazy, possessed dog dragged me here and I lost him on your set." No they would think I was crazy too! What am I going to do?
