Chapter 17: Flight To LA

(Kay's POV)

I walked up the stairs with Logan following behind me. I walked up to my door and opened it.

"This is my room." I said.

"Wow! I'm guessing by your standards you don't have enough posters of me." Logan said.

"Funny, but I don't need those anymore because I have the real thing right here."

Logan gave me a kiss on the cheek. He walked over to my bed sat down and turned on my tv. I walked over to him.

"Hey look who's on tv right now!" Logan said. "Me! In Percy Jackson!"

"Lol Logan. Cute one." I said. "Well have fun watching yourself on tv I'm going to call my dad. Stay here."

"I wasn't going to leave anyway."

I walked outside of my room into the hallway closing my bedroom door behind me. I took out my cell phone and dialed my dads number.

"Hello?" my dad said.

"Hi dad! Are you still in town?" I asked.

"I won't be in about an hour. What's up?"

"Well....um I wanted to ask if I can go with Logan to LA for a week?"

My dad went silent. So silent that I could here my sisters talking and others at the airport.

"Dad?" I said.

"Kay..." my dad paused.

"What?"

"...Have fun in LA! You can go but only this once."

"Omg! Thanks dad sooooo much. I love you. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!"

"I'm trussing you right now Kay. I hope I can trust you."

"I'm seventeen dad you can trust me. I'll be fine."

Logan came up behind me and said into my phone, "Don't worry one bit sir. I'll watch out for your daughter."

"Have fun. I have to go now. Bye sweetheart." my dad said.

"Bye dad!" I said and then hung up my phone.

"Looks like we have to find a last minute flight for two." Logan said.

"I'll get my laptop from my dads room." I said.

Logan walks back into my room and I walk over to my dads room. I know my laptop is in there. I remember my dad taking it away from me. I hope it's in there at least.

I headed back to my room with my laptop in my hand. I walked into my room. Logan was still watching himself on tv.

"Hey. I can't believe your still watching yourself on tv." I said.

"Do you have a problem?" Logan said.

"No actually. I think it kind of funny."

I sat on my bed next to Logan. He kissed me and then took my laptop from my hands.

"Let's find some last minute flight tickets shall we?" Logan said.

"We shall." I said.

We were in luck. We found to last minute tickets to LA. The flight is tomorrow at seven am.

"So what are we going to do till seven am tomorrow?" I asked.

"I could get to know you better." Logan said. "What's your favorite color, food, sport, tv show, family member, and..."

"I think that's enough. I'll answer those." I said.

"Ok."

"Blue, chicken, don't have one, Degrassi, and my mom I guess." I said.

"Yeah I'd choose my mom too. She brought me into this world."

I was sad even when i sad my mom. I felt like I was going to cry. I have to stop crying about it. It happened in the pass I have to worry about the present but try not to forget her.

"When we get to LA I want to show you around. I want to take you to the Hollywood sign, to Deans house, my old high school, my house of course, and well everywhere." Logan said.

"Then it sounds like there's a lot to see there but first I have to pack." I said.

"And I'll be glad to help."

I packed my bags with the help of Logan. It was now late in the night. Me and Logan were watching a movie. I was half asleep and who knows about Logan. I must've fallen asleep after the movie cause I don't remember anything after that.

I woke up the next morning. Logan was holding me but still sleeping. He looked cute when he was sleeping. Almost like a cute puppy. I grabbed my phone from my side table. I looked at the time. 6:30 am!

"Logan!! Logan wake up!! It's 6:30!!" I yelled at Logan.

"What?! What the hell!? Holy...come let's get your bags and leave fast." Logan said.

We got into the car. Logan decided to drive to the airport. I didn't argue with him. Logan got us to the airport just in time.

We got onto the plane. We were on our way to LA and I hope it's going to be a fun trip.
