Chapter 4: I Score A Date With Kay

(Logan's POV)

"Hey Dean, what does it mean when you call your girlfriend and she hangs up on you but tells you she'll call you back later?" I asked.

"Um it means what you said and whoa wait you have a girlfriend?" Dean said.

"So I know you weren't listening to me when I was talking to you earlier."

"So who is? What does she look like? Where does she live?"

"Kay Marie Thomson. She's seventeen, has brown hair and eyes, she's about 5'2. I believe she lives here in Canada."

"Oh that's nice long distence relationship. You do know you live in California?"

"It does have to be long distence because I'll be filming the movie so I'll be here for a while."

"So what happened wit the calling and the texting stuff?"

"Really?"

We talked for a while about Kay. I think Dean was jealous of my girlfriend but haha. Kay never called me back yet. I was starting to get worried. Maybe she doesn't like me. Why wouldn't she like me? Duh; she told me she was a big fan of mine.

I heard Dean from our bed room, "Logan, I think your phone is ringing."

"You think or you know?" I said.

"It is dude. Come over here and get it."

"Coming!"

I saw who was calling me, Kay. I picked up the phone.

"H-hello." I said.

"Hey Logan!" Kay said. "I'm sorry about earlier. Me, my dad, and sisters were out at a restaurant and you called but couldn't answer. I'm sorry."

"It's no problem. Did I get you in trouble?"

"Not really. My dad was upset about it cause he just got back from New York but he only took away my laptop."

"Oh ok." I said. Then there was a long pause till I started to talk again. "So I was wondering if maybe I could pick you up at our house after I get of set and maybe we can see a movie?"

"Um....everything sounds good except for the picking me up at my house."

"Why?"

"Well my dad doesn't like me to have boybriends and if he found out it was you he would freak!"

"So how are we supost to go on a date?"

"Already having problems about going on a date." I heard Dean say from our rooms.

"Who was that?" Kay asked.

"Oh that's Dean Collins. Do you know him?"

"Heck yeah! He's like you BFF!"

"Yeah, not funny. So how are we going to go on a date then?"

"I had an idea. I can make up some reason I won't be home to a while and i should be good."

"Ok, good. Now I get out at like four so I'll call you when I'm getting ready to leave."

"Ok! Bye see you tomorrow!"

"Yup, see you tomorrow. Bye."

I hung up and put my phone away. I just scored a date with an awesome girl.

"Dean?!" I said.

"I'm going to bed. Could you please leave my room."

"Fine but you don't normally got to bed this early. You must really want tomorrow to come really fast."

"Yup. Goodnight Dean!"

"Goodnight happy pants!"

"Funny!"

"Yeah I know it was."

I feel asleep fast witch ment soon it will be tomorrow. I got to the set, leave, then go on my date with Kay. I can't wait.
