Chapter 8: Getting Ready For A Date

(Logan's POV)

"CUT!" The director said. "That's good for today. Same time as always tomorrow. Have a nice night."

I walked to my dressing room. I have to call Kay as soon as I get my phone. I open the door to see my phone in Dean's hands.

"Can I have my phone?" I said.

"Oh, yeah sure. Kay call but she said you didn't have to call her till now." Dean said.

"Yeah, I was going to call her now anyway."

"Ok dude. So I'll go to the hotel in the limo and are you going to take your car?"

"Yes, I'm taking my car."

"Alright man, all get going. Bye."

"Bye."

I took my phone in my hands and dialed Kay's number. The phone rang, and rang. Please don't tell me it's another bad time. All I know is that she has to tell her dad soon. Thank god she picked up the phone.

"Hey Logan." She said.

"Hey. I'm going to leave soon so if you want to start walking here."

"I'll be there soon I just left my friends house. Ok?"

"Ok, I'll be waiting outside the front gate."

"Ok see ya then."

"K bye."

"Bye."

I hung up my phone, set it down on the table, and went to get changed. I changed into Percy's blue hoddie, black New York shirt, jeans, and my DC sneakers. I grabbed my phone, backpack, and car keys. I left my dressing room, walked to the parking lot were my black Subaru BRZ was, got in and drove to the front gate. I got out of my car and waited for Kay. I took my phone out from my pocket and looked at the time, 4:30! It took me that long to get ready and for Kay to get here. I looked up a d saw Kay walking toward me.

"Hey." she said and gave me a hug.

"Hey. You look amazing." I said.

She did look amazing. She was wearing a simple blue dress that matched my hoddie, a black hoddie, and black flats.

"Thanks, you too!"

"Yeah we'll this really isn't mine except for the shoes. There Percy's but thanks. I was thinking we can go see a movie and maybe I can take you out for dinner."

"That sounds good. Do you know what movie?"

"Not yet but we can pick one we both like when we get there."

"Ok."

I opened the passenger side door, she got in, and I closed the door. I went around the front of my car and went into my car. I put on my seatbelt and made sure Kay had her's on.

"I can't believe you have my favorite car. I use to want a red Chevy Camaro but ever sence my dad took me and my sisters to find my older sister a new car I want a black Subaru BRZ."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"Now of to the movie theater."
