Feelings Have Changed

At the door was Cole and he came all the way in saying to me "Skylar please just listen to what I have to say," he said with a sorry tone. I ignored him and he knew that I was still upset. So he came over to my bed and sat down. He didn't say anything to me, we just sat there in complete silence until he said "I'm so sorry Skylar that I was trying to tell you what to do I know that I shouldn't have done that, but I just got so jealous that he was flirting with you, I just really like you and I know that I got a little carried away with it," he said in a soft sad voice.

"Cole, it's okay anybody would get jealous if his girlfriend was talking to a guy that was flirting with her," I said. He looked at me in my eyes when he said with a happy tone "girlfriend," and also said "your my girlfriend." I looked at him with a huge smile, with my blushing red cheeks "yeah girlfriend...I guess where dating now," I said with the biggest smile on my face. We looked at each other in silence for quite an awkward time and then he said "come over for dinner...if you want to?"

"I would love to, but let me ask my parents," I said, with a smile.

"Okay let's go," he said, also with a smile.

"Hey mom can I go over to Cole's house for dinner," I said, wondering if she would say yes. "Since we trust you with his parents I guess you could go, but come back a little after dinner," my mom said, with a smile on her face. "Okay thanks mom I'll be home at 8:30 bye love you," I said, so happy. "Okay love you to bye," she said.

When we got to his house he introduced me to his family, and said "hey mom and dad this is Skylar, do you remember the girl from accross the street?" he said, with a worried smile on his face wondering if his parent's will approve. "Oh how can we forget," his mom Elyssa said, with a smile on her face. "She's gonna be having dinner with us and then staying a little while...if thats okay with you guys?" he said, worried. "Yes she can stay...Skylar make yourself at home," Elyssa said with a welcoming smile. "Thank you Mrs. Pendery," I said kindly.

"Your welcome...please go chat while I make dinner," she said, kindly.

"Thanks for having me," I said, while thinking "I believe that were gonna do more than just chat," I said, with a smile then I walked away.

When we got to the door of his room, he picked me up, spun me around while closing the door after, and then set me down on his bed while kissing me at the same time. We kissed for like five minutes and stopped. He looked at me like I was his one and only, which I soon later found out that I was. We had a good dinner then we went up to his room after and talked for an hour or so, then I told him that I have to go, he said, begging me "no stay the night with me please," I said to him "well I guess I can ask my parents if I could stay the night,"

We walked over to my house asked my mom and she said yes, so after I got a few clothes and left my house, thinking " I'm 17 years old and she trusts me with a boy, that's kind of weird. His parents were okay with me staying. So Cole and me were getting ready for bed, and after we were done he took me in his arms and said "I love you." I said to him with a happy smile "I love you to." After we went to bed hugging closely in each others arms, I fell asleep with him looking at me and then he fell asleep.
