Chapter 11

Liam's P.O.V

I watch as the coach makes these two kids run a play again and again while the rest of us gets to watch. After a few more minuts he pauses the play then jogs over to the rest of us.

"Alright boys you can go shower up now, and go on home afterward," he tells us. We all cheer and walk away to the showers.

"So how's Abella?" Leroy asks.

"She's doing really well," I say with a big grin thinking about my little girl.

"That's good, how about Lani?" he questions shaking out his wet hair into a towel.

"Good but she's getting kind of moody because of the whole pregnancy and stuff," I explain.

"I'm glad to hear that!" he says with a smile.

"Thanks well I got to get home," I say waving to him. I get into my car and drive into the city and go to the apartment. I walk into see Abella playing quietly while Lani is in a blue dress and heels curling her hair and putting on some make up.

"Where are you going?" I ask sitting next to Abella.

"Out with the girls tonight!"  she yells back as she tries to put on her heels while hopping to the main hall to where the door is.

"Oh okay so I'm watching Abella?" I question her, she pops her head around the corner and smiles sadly.

"I know it's late and it was short notice but I really need some girl time," she explains running around.

"Okay well have fun," I yell back as she grabs her keys.

"The list of things is on the fridge! Bye love you guys!" she shouts.

"Bye love you!" I yell.

"Bye momma!" Abella says after her.

"So Abella what are you playing?" I ask her smileing. She looks up at me with a big grin showing her small teeth and a small gap between the two front.

"Princess!" she chirps.

"Wow! I love that game!" I exclaim happily, her eyes go wide.

"Really?" she asks her blue eyes twinkling, I nod.

"Yup!" I respond.

"Want to play?" she asks.

"Sure can I play Jasmine?" I ask looking at her doll.

"No! Yous a boy!" she says shaking her head.

"Oh good point," I say nodding my head.

"You can play Aladdin though," she says handing him to me.

"Okay," I say with a nod. After playing for about an hour I get up and go to the fridge to see what we need to do. I smile and see that it's dinner time, I open up the fridge and see what we have.

"Hey Abella come here for a moment!" I yell.

"Otay!" she shouts back running into the kitchen, I pick her up and set her on the counter.

"What do you want for dinner?" I quesion her looking through the fridge.

"Ummm candy and ice cream!" she exclaims. I look at her and raise an eyebrow.

"Do you think mommy would be okay with that?" I ask her. She smiles and shakes her head no.

"No," she says with a smile.

"How about we have chikcen nuggets with macaronni and cheese?" I question her.

"Otay!"

"Then we can have some ice cream and watch a movie," I reply taking out all the ingredients.
