CHAPTER 19

"So, its final that we are going on a trip" Shivaay said

"Tera plan to bohut accha hai Shivaay lekin Anika hum logo ke saath kya karegi? Use bhi jana chahiye" Dadi told and Shivaay smirked. He knew it well that their trip wont happen without Anika. 

"Mai reh lungi Dadi, mujhe koi trip me nahi jana. And main waha kiske saath ghumungi?" Anika said consoling her heart.

"Kushal ke saath" Rudra chipped while Shivaay gave him an angry look.

"Kushal is not going" Shivaay said in a bold tone

"Its not a bad idea, wo mujhe company de dega" Anika said

"Mai hun na company dene ke liye" Shivaay uttered and then realized the blunder, "Matlab hum sab hai na company dene ke liye aur Rudra bhi to hai" he saved himself

"Haan Anika didi, mai hun, O hai, Saumya Gauri di sab hai. We will be a great gang leaving the couple behind." Rudra said and danced a bit.

"Jaa puttar, ghum le thoda" Dadi said. 

"To Anika bhi jaegi lekin tum log jaoge kaha" Pinky asked

"We will decide mom"

"Let me inform Mrs Kapoor about it" Jhanvi said and excuse herself from all

"Mai Gauri aur Saumya ko phone karke batata hun" Om said

Anika was standing clueless there. She never had been on such a trip, it was her first time but she was angry on Shivaay for not including her before

"It must be your first trip, right Anika?" Shivaay asked

"Yes Mr Shivaay. Najayas aulaad ko itna sab nahi milta zindagi me and not everybody is born with a golden spoon" She blurted out and a lone tear escaped her eyes. Shivaay understood that undesirably, he again hurted her. He started cursing himself. "You are such a disgusting man Shivaay" his inner brain told him

"Bhaiya, hum kaha jaenge?" Rudy asked him with utmost curiosity

"You wanna go on a foreign vacation or....." Shivaay asked

"Dekh Shivaay, hume explore nahi karna hai, its just that u want to spend time with Tia, so India is better. And on top of that, Anika doesnt have a passport for foreign destination"

"Thats a point. So, what about Goa?" Shivaay told

"Nana.. Bohut baar gaye hai" Rudy uttered.

"Its near as well Shivaay, you know Gauri ne mujhe Andaman suggest kiya hai" Om said

"Great.. Toh Gauri ne suggest kiya ha?" Shivaay said in a teasing tone

"Aisa kuch nahi hai, usne bas bola and I told you.. Whatever.. Let me remind you Shivaay, its ur time and not ours. Hum to gang masti karenge and tu...." Om spoke out

"Bhaiya akele me masti karenge" Rudra told and OmRu began to laugh on their silly joke

"Shut up tum dono" Shivaay got angry

"Room bhi aap dono ka ek hi hoga na Bhaiya?" Gauri entered the scene with Saumya and they giggled

"Nothing sort of that. Tum log apne dimag me khichri pakana band karo and we are going to Andaman in 2 days. Start packing" Saying this, Shivaay left the room to convey the message to Anika. She was in her room sobbing and thinking about her terrible childhood.

"Jab bhi mai sochti hun ki aap utne bure nahhi hai, tab hi aap koi kaand kar dete hai Shivaay ki mujhe aapse michimichi hone lagti hai. Aise chantomai hai aap" she was saying

"What is Chantomai?" Shivaay murmured outside her room

"Anika, are you there?" he said loudly. She quickly wiped her tears and nodded in a yes

"We are going to Andaman. Jo bhi packing karni hai wo kar lena aur kuch chahiye to bhi..." he noticed that she was barely paying any attention to him

"Are you even listening to what I am saying?" Anger consumed him. Without any response, she left the room.

"This girl... Mera irada ise hurt karne na nahi tha. Yeh samajhti kyu nahi hai? Anyways, it was my duty to tell her and I did it. Ise kuch chahiye hoga to bol degi" he left her room

"Shivaay baby, I am ready" Tia hugged Shivaay. Finally, their trip day has come. Their excitement level is on top.

"Hum bhi ready hai bhaiya" Rudy chipped. 

It has been two days that Anika is not talking to Shivaay. She felt that it would be far better to stay away from a person like him or else, she might land up in problem and misery like usual. Her silence irritated Shivaay from the core, he observe her behavior with others and the change in it when she sees his face. He wanted to say sorry but his ego come in between. EGO is a small three letter word that keep us from saying things we really need to say like : I am sorry

"Aisi dhoom machayenge waha ki bas log dekhte reh jaenge" Gauri said

"Tum rroz hi dhoom machati ho Gauri" Om said coldly, she rolled her eyes

They all took blessings from elders, "Bye mom" 

"Inform us about every detail" Tej said in a demanding tone

"Of course bade papa"

"Mere puttar, dhyaan se jana aur khoob masti karna waha" Dadi gave her love to all of them

"Bye everyone"
