EPILOGUE

"Agar aap 5 mins me yaha nahi aaye aloo puri banane ke liye, to mai aapko room me ghusne... o wait, mai aapko ghar me ghusne nahi dungi" Anika shouted  on the phone and Shivaay on the other hand panicked.

"Baby please calm down, mai bas pahuchne hi wala hoon, its the bloody traffic here" he tried to calm her down.

"Haww aap gali kyu bol rahe hai, baccha sunega to kya prabhab padega" she held her growing baby bump. She is 8 months pregnant and Shivaay is having a tough time handling her mood swings. She would wake up in the mid night and demand ice cream or would barge into his meeting room in the office to give me the tiffin. There were times when her hormones would go wild and she would demand sex. 

Shivaay smiled thinking of the amazing journey of their marriage of two years. They made love on the special night of their marriage but its a responsible job to be a parent, much more than his Oberoi Empire work.

As he reached his destination, he got down and threw the keys to Khanna in order to park. Anika was waiting in the living room alongwith every family member and Gauri. Om and Gauri married one year back and are enjoying their husband- wife relation. And what about Rudra?

He is on a pre-marriage vacation with his lady love. Any guesses? Yes its none other than Soumya. 

Shivaay with slow steps went near Anika and kiss her on the right cheek.

"I am here baby" and whispered.

"Aap late hai" she gritted her teeth

"Anika, I am not late" he said looking at his watch.

"42 seconds late, mai count kar rahi hoon" all chuckled at her reply and Shivaay hit his head.

"Mai abhi bana deta hoon na" he made puppy eyes but its all worthless.

"Hum to kabse keh rahe hai ki bana dete hai par bhabhi mani hi nahi" Gauri said.

"Kyunki Anika puttar ko Shivaay ke saath jo rehna hai" Dadi exclaimed.

"Bilkul sahi" Jhanvi added.

"Ab aap chaliye mere saath" Anika said. Instead, he lifted her in bridal style to their room.

"Sab dekh rahe hai, niche utariye" Anika hit his chest but it is of no use.

"Pata ni mere jatadhaari kab itne  romantic honge" Gauri murmured under her breath.

"I will show you at night" he whispered near her neck and she gulped down the saliva

Shivaay was shocked to see the room decorated with lights, hearts and two plates served with.

"Aloo puri!!"

Anika grinned looking at his priceless expression.

"Pehle main gusse me thi lekin phir laga ki aap kitni mehnat karte hai, office me kaam aur ghar me mere mood swings. Then I decided to cook" her eyes brimmed with happiness.

"You made this for me?" he asked again.

"Jhooth nahi bolungi, aloo maine hi banaye lekin puriyaan Gauri ne tali. Wo Ma aur dadi ne mana kar diya" she pouted like a baby.

"No worries honey" he made her sit on the bed and brought the plates.

"Mai khilaungi apkko" she said.

They fed each other until it was finished.

"Mera dhyaan rakhne ke liye thank you Shivaay" she side hugged him and remained in that position .

"Thank you too mujhe aur mere family ko apnane ke liye. Pata hi nahi chala, kaise  2 saal beet gaye aur mai apne budhape me bhi aise hi rehna chahta hoon tumhare saath" he kissed her forehead.

She snuggled deeper into him and they chit chat their history once again from the beginning....

THE EPILOGUE OF THE BOOK WHICH IS ONE OF MY FAV IS HERE. I  STILL REMEMBER THE DAY I STARTED IT AND THE RESPONSE SINCE THEN WAS OVERWHELMING.
