With less then 3 hours sleep Gerard awoke at 5 in the morning. Sleep filled his eyes as he rubbed them too hard making them red and slightly puffy. Tuffs of hair shot out his head in all directions and he had to tame it down to his normal flat greasy look. He took off most of his clothes from the night before and replaced them with a clean school shirt and underwear but put the same trousers and blazer back on. No one could tell anyway.

The suns light could barely be seen beneath the horizon and his bedroom was still filled with darkness. Apart from the light from his phone. He picked it up and saw no messages but it was 5am no one would text him that early. He went on to his text from Frank that he received the night before just to check that it actually happened and he didn't just dream it.

The corners of his lips turned up a tiny bit just before he heard a door slam from outside his room. Swiftly, he shoved his phone in his pocket and held his breath just incase she decided to pay a visit to him after yesterday's trauma. Fortunately, for Gerard she quickly paused at his door then carried on heavy down the creepy stairs.

Gerard let his breath go causing relief in his entire body.

Despite it only being 5.45am Gerard grabbed his bag and headed out the window. Back down the tree. This time there was no wind so it was easy for him to manoeuvre himself down to the ground silently and safely as possible.

When he reached the ground placing one foot slowly down then the over he decided that he would text Frank back.

It was a simple text nothing special.

Ok. See you then.
G

The second he sent it he shoved his phone back in his bag and walked out form the side of his house remaining silent. Once he got back on the street he turned the opposite way to normal so he could avoid the house windows. He was walking away from school but because it was so early it didn't matter so much. Gerard decided that he would go to the park again just like yesterday. For some reason the vast fields and benches, scattered with tall trees and beautiful flowerbeds brought him comfort and security.

After a while he arrived and when to sit down on the bench he usually sits on. It's the best bench he thinks. You can see the almost everything and everyone because it's at the top of a hilly area. He could almost see over the tall trees.

Gerard gazed out into the horizon seeing the shut school over one side of the park and the middle of town over the over side. He was alarmingly stopped in his thoughts because he had just received another text.

You're up early! Did you even go to sleep?! XD
F

It was frank again. It wouldn't be likely anyone else so Gerard wondered why he was so surprised to see it was him.

Did I wake you?
G

Gerard felt a bit worried that he might have disturbed Frank and he didn't want to annoy him. Although he was worried the view always calmed Gerard down and made him feel safe and almost happy.

No, of course not, don't worry about it.
Where are you now?
F

Relief filled Gerard's body and he was pleased that Frank had said don't worry.

At the park.
G

Gerard though that he shouldn't bother Frank anymore and shoved his scrappy phone into his pocket on silence.

Gerard carried on sitting on the bench daydreaming, trying to leave his present situation for a better one. Maybe a place with dragons would be better? Or maybe just somewhere alone where he didn't have to have all the worries his contains right now? Maybe just alone...with Frank?

With Frank!? Gerard startled out of his day dream as Frank called Gerard name running over and placing himself next to Gerard on the magic carpet of a bench.

"Oh hello," Gerard said confused, "what are you doing here?"

"I just thought I'd come see you a bit earlier then I said, if that's okay?" Frank replied looking slightly worried.

"It's fine," Gerard said as his body filled a slowly with joy and a grin crept on his face which the sun was now lighting up through the clouds, "I don't mains at all, I'm quite glad actually."

A smile appeared on Franks face as well along with a blush.

"Gerard," Frank turned to Gerard with hope and risk in his eyes.

"Yeah, Frank." Gerard turned to see the hope and risk in Franks eyes wondering what was going on.

Just like an awkward teen movie, Frank leant forward quickly and pecked Gerard on the lips.

"Sorry!" Frank yelled turning bright red like a tomato.

Gerard did the same and turned a beautiful shade of pink like a pair of hot pink hot pants.

Gerard leant towards Frank, pick up his face in his hands which had turned hot and decided to kiss Frank back.

The kiss didn't last a long time but it did feel like a long time for them.

Their soft lips encasing themselves on each other. Showing the affection they had fought for each other which had erupted after only two days.
