[Mandi]

"Come on. What are you waiting for?" Megan says excitedly as she grabs my hand and pulls me down stairs. "Nothing. I literally just got done getting ready." I say and she says, "Well dad and Maci are in the car waiting." "Okay." I say as we walk out the door. We are going to see a movie for Maci's twentieth birthday. Megan is the best sister Maci and I could ask for and sadly we have to go back to Holmes Chapel for classes tomorrow so I don't miss anymore days. Our parents split up about five years ago and our mom hasn't really talked to any of us much since then. "I call shotgun!" She says and I say, "Hey I was gonna call it." "Well you should have been quicker." She says and I respond, "I'm older." "Yeah well you always get it so it's my turn." She says and I huff because I know she's right. She ends up getting to sit in the front. It is starting to get colder and it's raining. But I guess that's what you get for November second in London. Megan hooks her phone up to play music. She plays When I Look at You by Miley Cyrus. This is our song us three sisters all saw that movie together. We all start singing along and I think I even heard my dad chime in a bit. I'm always a little sketchy about driving with him because he drinks a lot but I trust him to be responsible enough to not drive under the influence. We are at the four way intersection and the light turns red, but my dad keeps going. I look straight ahead and out of the corner of my eye I see headlights. That's when everything went black.
