The kick back.

Star P.O.V - 

After The bell had rung letting us know that school was out I went to my homeroom to return my chrome book. I ran into Chris along the way.

"Hey slink" I say with a smile 

"wassup" he says very dry then usual

"lets do this again-" 

" starr what do you want" he says getting sraight to the point 

"Just saying hi ..... what are you doing for your birthday tomorrow?" I ask 

"I'm throwing a kick back tonight , bring crazy shay headass" he says 

I nodded "got youuu!" I say 

 I found shay and headed over to shays house and chilled, we were in the kitchen eating pizza that dre had ready for us. warm and ready. She's been eating a lot more then usual... Dre came in to the kitchen and slapped the back of shay head , I let out a laugh. "I know you missed me but damn" I say 

He smiled "Nah" he says walking around the table and hugged me and exited out of the room letting us be.  

"sooo.... It's friday .. Chris is throwing a kickback! he wanted me to tell you" I say getting excited 

she let out a chuckle "Have fun" she says 

"Just be nice to him this one time" I say I paused taking a bit our of my pizza "It's his birthday weekend for crying out loud" I finished 

"He will be okay.." she says not caring at all I rolled my eyes, Chris like a little brother to me because that was shays best friend they've been act wired lately ... 

"you never missed a birthday ... why start now" I say 

"Fine only because I don't want to stop you from having fun" she says 

"YAAY!" I say

The kick back. 

Shay P.O.V - 

Star is lucky that I love her because I wasn't trying to go to no damn kick back especially with Chris dumb ass. After getting balloons for him along with a card with money in it and his favorite football team sweatshirt in the bag we arrived at his house.  Star knocked on the door , one of chris female friends open the door. We greeted them with hellos. 

"Wheres the birthday boy?" star ask 

I followed star , I was letting star do all of the talking. Star quietly tip toed in and hugged chris from behind "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" She screamed He chuckled showing his smile, he looked good. A little too good. She handed him the gift, His smile dropped when he looked at me. I looked down at my phone avoiding eye contact and all. 

"Tss" he said 

I looked up , star was looking confused . I made my way out of the kitchen and sat down in the living room. Star followed "so ... wtf was that all about" she says 

"Nothing, go have fun" I say not trying to rain on her parade "I'm fine really" I add   

"You sure.." she dragged 

"yes" I say 

"I'm going to go and watch him open the gift" she says 

As she walked away, I seen Chris from a far with a bitch under him. I seen the smile when he open the gift from me and star.  It's about to be a long... night. a hour in the party he already got a bitch under him.. hm, I knew he wasn't serious when he was trying to come at me like I'm the one trippin.
