Chapter 2

Sasha's P.O.V

*BUZZ!* I groan as my alarm clock goes off announcing the start of my first day back in my hellish school. Most of the students call me a freak because I'm emo, so far only ones that don't are my friends Lizzy, Monica, and Kit. I get up out of bed and grabbing some clothes and a towel head for the bathroom to shower. I think about Damon I met yesterday at the beach and I can't help but smile. He was just so hot with his midnight black hair and those grey eyes and that body build. Boy if anyone ever told me I'd want a jockish guy with an 8 pack two weeks ago I'd scoff. *sigh* I hope I'll be able to see him again 'cause I saw understanding in his eyes when I told him about mom.

Richard's P.O.V

"BOYS!!!!!" I boomed out and as quick as they could my five sons came down the stairs ready for the day. "Boys, starting today you're goin to school. Ryker and Zane, I've got you jobs as substitute teachers. Zane, you've got biology to teach for the next nine months because the permanent teacher is on maturnity leave. Ryker, you'll be subbing for a gym teacher that got careless during the summer and broke a leg and arm. Chad,Jason, and Damon you'll be students. Any questions?" My sons shook their heads. "Alright then have fun being normal, and boys try to keep your inhumaness from showing. Which means Damon no drinking blood, Chad no wolfing out, Jason no angelicness, Zane no fire starting without a lighter or match, and Ryker no controling elements. Ryker, Zane, as teachers I'm counting on you two to keep your brothers in line." Once my sons said yes I let them leave the house. As soon as the two cars left the driveway and I turned to my wife. "Think they'll be ok?" She smiles and kisses my cheek. "They'll be fine after all they aren't human."

Damon's P.O.V

"Chad, do you think mom and dad will be ok with us at school?" I ask as we head to school behind Zane's car. "Sure they will. Dad's the chief of police after all." I nod even though I'm still worried since that bastard Conrad's still free. I look in the backseat and see Jason trying not panic since Chad's driving. I laugh, "Jason, relax Chad's a great driver he's never let us die yet." Chad flashed us a grin.

Sasha's P.O.V

I arrive at school an hour early to hang with my friends. "SASHA!!!" I look up and smile as Lizzy and Monica jog up to me and give me a hug at the same time. Kit following up with his own hug. I smile at my friends thinking if it wasn't for these three my life would be pure hell. Lizzy, the ever cheerful, has auburn hair with blue streaks,has blue eyes, and is wearing her normal lavender attire. Monica, the ever moody one, has green eyes and dark blonde hair, and wearing her normal dark grey gear. Kit, he's the flirt, though he's loved Lizzy forever. This year he seems to favor the navy blue look, everything on him is navy blue. His shirt,pants,shoes, he's even managed to get his hair to a darkish blue color to match his smokey blue eyes.

"Yummy! Be still my heart." I follow Monica's gaze and my heart skips a beat. I completely ignore all the guys getting out of the two cars except one. He's even more hot with his all black attire. "Hello, Earth to Sasha." I blink and turn to Lizzy. "Girl you just had full blown love in your eyes when you saw that guy in black." I blush and look down at the ground hoping Damon doesnt see me.

Damon's P.O.V

I lean on Chad's car after I got out waiting for my brothers to gather. As I wait I look around and I stop breathing. Jason leans next to me and notices my reaction and says, "Breathe Damon breathe." Chad slams his door and comes around to lean on my other side and follows my gaze. "*chuckles* No wonder he stopped breathing." Jason follows my gaze as well and sees her. Sasha. Before I know what I'm doing I'm walking to her. As I get nearer one of the girls speaks to her and her head snaps up and our gazes lock. "Hi, Sasha." I smile at her and see her blushing as she replies, "Hi, Damon."
