Chapter 4

Sasha's P.O.V

The feel of a wet nose on my cheek wakes me up. As my eyes open I see two dark blue eyes looking back at me and I scream. I quickly move and find myself on the floor. "Ouch!" I start rubbing my rear as I stand. The whine catches my attention and I look at the husky sitting on my bed wagging its tail. I just stare at it before my gaze switches to the two laughing guys at the door. "I see you've met Skye." The words come out of the Asian's mouth. "Um?" That was all I could get out before the dog jumps off my bed and trips the two guys as it leaves the room. "Damn it! Here I was hoping to make a nice appearance." The other one stated which made me laugh so hard my sides started to hurt.

Damon's P.O.V

I heard Sasha scream already knowing it was 'cause she came face to face with Skye. Skye being the family dog is the type that refuses to let harm fall to any of us, but he's also a huge baby too. *chuckles* The dog's terrified of storms, one thunderclap and he's under the kitchen table whining. Add some lightning and he practically searches me out and jumps up onto me burrying his head in my chest. Like I said the dog's scared of storms. I just climb the last step that lead to Sasha's room and I see Skye shoot out tripping Jason and Chad. I reach down and scratch his head as he runs up to me before zooming down stairs to be with mom. I start walking again and get to Sasha's room where I see her laughing hard at my brothers trying to get up but apparently having a hard time. I lean down and grab them by their shirts and lift em to their feet. "*laughs* Thanks Damon." Jason says as he leaves the room. I look at Chad and he just laughs harder and walks out. I turn to find Sasha sitting on the bed now holding her sides as the laughter dies down. I shake my head a little and walk over and sit by her. "How'd you sleep?" She leans against me as she replies, "I slept good."

Sasha's P.O.V

"Good, come on breakfast is ready." Damon says twining his fingers with mine as he stands and pulls me up with him. We walk out of the room I woke up in and down the hall. We paused at a black door and he knocks on it before he calls into it, "Zane! Get your ass out of bed breakfast is ready!" Damon pulls me away from the door and a few seconds later Zane flings it open and practically runs down the stairs. I hear Damon laugh and say, "Zane never misses meal times." I giggle as we head down the stairs and into the family kitchen. "This all smells wonderful." I say as I see the piles of food on the counter. "Thank you miss." I look over and see the chef grinning at me. I blush thinking, 'Wow! My boyfriend's rich.'

Ryker's P.O.V

I smack Chad on the back of his head saying, "Chad stop sneaking food to Skye. He'll be fed after breakfast." Chad laughs and I look up to see mom and dad walk in. "Morning Mom." I get up and walk over for a hug. "Morning boys. Sasha dear do you like your room?" Mom says as she sits in her chair with dad right by her. "Oh yes, It's beautiful. thank you so much for letting me stay." "No trouble at all. As I said last night you're welcome to stay as long as you like." I hear dad say before I take my seat again and finish my breakfast.

Richard's P.O.V

"So boys what plans are you doing for today?" I ask my sons as I soak my toast with yoke. "I was planning on reading all day in the library." I hear from Ryker. "I'm taking Sasha back to her place to get some more things she needs." Damon says kissing Sasha's hand. 'Heh, thats my boy ever the loving one.' I think to myself. "I was hoping Mom would come with me to the mall I need her expertise on something." I look over at my wife as she says, "I'll come but Jason you have to buy me something nice as well." My family laugh. "Of course Mom. Never woulda suggested it if I wasn't gonna spoil you too." We all laugh again and I turn to Chad and Zane for their answers. Chad says, "I'm gonna go to the park for a run." I nod and look at Zane who says, "I plan on refreshing my swordplay. So I'll be out in the back yard kicking a dummy's rear." "*chuckles* Just try not to hurt yourself son. Well I have to head for work see you all later. Excellent meal as always Antone." I lean over and kiss Loretta's cheek wave to my boys and walk out of the room.
