7- Summer Love

"Ah, this is so tiring.." Sehun sighed and stretched his arms, threw them on the desk, and leaned his head above them.

"Stop making winds with your mouth, Sehun, the house is going to fly soon!" His older sister said as she entered the room carrying a tray full of sandwiches and bubble tea.

"Noona.." He smiled at her, almost jumped off his seat at the sight of what she's bringing along.

"Then, you're going to stop complaining and sighing?" She teased him trying to hide the tray. He stood up and took it from her, placed it on the desk, "I will.." He said gently.

"So, how is it going?" She asked.

"Almost finished, but seriously, this is tiring." He said.

"Of course, it is, if you want to be an Engineer, you'll have to go through it." She said.

"Sehun" She stood beside him and embraced him, "I know you can do it. You almost did it! It's the last of the last." She said smiling so warmly.

"You know, it's right what people said, elder sisters are the second mothers.." He said gently as he looked at her.

She smiled at him and patted on his head, "So, you have any plans for tomorrow? It's your big day" she asked.

"Mmm, maybe I'll start dating."

"What? Really?"

"Ummm.. You see.. There's that girl, who's really stealing my attention so I need to work that out."

"Aww! Sehun-ie, you'll start this summer with new love.." She smiled widely.

"Noona, Lara is calling for you." He said shyly, trying to sound serious.

"Lara is less than a year, she can't be saying anything, Sehun" She said knowingly and looked at him, "But, I'll take my leave." She walked towards the door.

"Noona" He called.

"Yes." She turned to him.

"Thank you so much, I wouldn't have achieved so much without you." He bowed politely from behind the desk. "She wouldn't have done more." He continued.

She felt her heart beats faster, tears threatening, "You're welcome, Sehun baby" She smiled at him, turned around and closed the door.

Next morning, he has done quiet well at the last exam, texted his Noona and told her how everything went so great, thanks to his genius mind. She texted him back to take good care of his new girlfriend.

"Morning" Sehun bowed, "Would you please let her know I came?" He asked and the young girl bowed and left.

"Mr. Sehun, you can come in." And he did. She's so beautiful, he smiled so genuinely as he looked at her calm face.

"Morning, beauty." He smiled, sitting right next to her.

"Today, I have finished all my exams, which make me partly an Engineer." He cleared his throat, "Maybe I need couple of months- ahem- a year, as a trainee but it's going to be okay since it doens't mean studying. But it's not going to be easy although." He lifted up his bag, opened it and pulled out some papers, "You see, here.." He pointed at a certain paragraph, "This what I should do in actual life.. Of course I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't study all of these in the past years, but it was seriously tiring and so hard. Thank God, it's all gone smoothly at the end." He ended his words.

He just stayed there looking at her without getting a slightly feel of boredom.

His phone vibrated in his pocket, it's a text from his Noona, "Sehun, I now you're on your first date, but I don't know what to do, Lara is not well and I'm all alone. I don't know what to do!"

He jumped off his seat, "I have to leave now." Bowed and left.

Once he got off the bus, he called his Noona since he still have few minutes to walk, "Noona, what's wrong with Lara? What happened? I'm almost there, come out, let's take her to the hospital." He said worriedly with nervous breaths caused by the rush.

"Come over I couldn't leave her to get dressed." She replied.

As he ran towards the house, he opened the door, and BAAM!!

"SURPRISE!!!" A bunch of people said throwing things at his face, lightening the room, as a little figure ran towards him, "O-P--P-P-A". He held her, "Oh my God! She spoke!" He lifted her and hugged her tightly.

"Since morning, when we started preparing the whole thing, I told her it's for Sehun Oppa's birthday, she wanted to hang ballons and fell so many times trying to help. When she heard me talk to you on the phone and knew you're on the way, she said "Oppa" ! It's making me and her father jealous, you know!" His Noona chuckled as she patted on her daughter's back.

"She's my girl too, You know!" He said smiling at Lara, hugging her tighter. Then glared at her mother, "But you shouldn't have scared me like that, I almost had my heart stopping at that!" He politely scolded his sister.

"Sorry " She smiled shyly.

The night started getting warmer and warmer as everyone danced around and chuckled. It's all for him after all, he felt so loved and warm.

"Why haven't you brought your new girl with you?" His Noona appeared behind him leaning on the wall.

"Because I was supposed to be going to the hospital, perhaps!"

She chuckled and so did he.

"Oppa" Lara appeared grabbing his t-shirt and so he lifted her up to his arms.

"Lara, you know Oppa loves you more than anything in the world. Don't you?" He kissed her cheek as Lara chuckled.

"Noona, I'm leaving" Sehun said as he stood and wore his shoes.

"Will you be late?" She asked.

"No, couple of hours and I'll be back." He said stepping out of the door and leaving.

He stood by a flower shop, wondering what flowers she would like, then he saw a really beautiful purple flower and a yellow one. Few minutes later a bouquet full of yellow and purple flowers was in his hands as he walked confidently again out of the shop, he sighed smiling, "I hope she likes them."

He sat next to his beautiful lady again, "I already had a heart attack, since Lara is my daughter too. I've held her before her mother, and her father was too worried about his wife so, the little baby was all mine when she was born." He smiled, "I want you to meet her, but I need to take her mother's permission of course." He felt he didn't say it right, "I mean, it's not that my sister would disagree, it's just the whole situation would be weird for a little child. So, that's why." He said looking at his feet.

Then he rolled his eyes and looked at her, his elbows resting on his knees, "Umm.. I've decided to take you my girlfriend this summer.. And I'm only saying summer, because I'm not sure I would be a good boyfriend after it ends, because I'll have to start my training." He smiled gently.

"Mom, you're my girlfriend this summer." He told his sleeping mother, knowing though she's in a coma, she still can hear and feel him..
