It's been three days since they went out of the castle. By dawn at the night they left, the special guards knew about the kings disappearance and they started searching all around without spreading a word. But after a long dark hours they couldn't find him, they also came to realize that the first guard is missing too. They didn't want to scare their people just like the way they were taught for the years of their lives, as their king has always been saying and teaching them. Never spread fear between your people. Not before you make sure that it's their right to know something, then and only then, if there isn't any other way and the leader is nowhere to be found they need to know.

It's dangerous and they need to know.

Few hours later, they were spread again, searching every tiny corner inside and outside the castle for the king and the first guard.

There was no other choice. They had to. They gathered the people and told them. The king is missing. That's when someone said the whole first guard's family kidnapping issue.

They're just unique, any kingdom would just go search for their king, but instead they were divided into three powers, a party to search for the king and the first guard who are probably together. A party to find the family. And the last to protect the castle. All old men, women and children got an order to get inside the castle not the court, and to empty the court of any living creature.

They spent a day and a half struggling, facing the situation as men, as strong as can be.

It didn't take long before the news spread outside the court and The Outsider became aware of the state inside the kingdom.

It's what they ever wanted.. Taking over the kingdom..

But still the strong army of the king kept protecting the kingdom and sparing their lives. The kingdom within a day became home of the brave shred blood-in faith to protect the kingdom.

The Outsiders took over the court. Inside the castle were only the old men and kids. Few kids and men braved up and went outside the great doors, when asked what they were doing they answered, "Protecting the King."

More blood spread over the walls of the castle. Regretting nothing, the more were killed of the army, the more from inside the castle came out, repeating, "For the sake of the King!" .. "For Kris!" .. "We'll risk our future for the sake of our past!"..

"Kris.. They are dying, let's just go back." Jung tried again but all he got was a glare again from the King.

"Where are your manners, soldier?" Kris wanted to sound firm but he didn't, his heart did not just felt stings, it felt a cut open with every soul that's gone by the castle. He knew it's war, but he also knew it's over. This is happening, and if they went back nothing good will happen, they will get killed and only time is what's given to the soldiers at the gates and they will fall down soon, The Outsiders will take the castle, that's a fact and he knew it.

But he became all powerless, he didn't want to fight. Didn't want to struggle. Something stole energy out of him. Sucking his soul.

"Your majesty." A sound came from behind, Jung took out his sword in one swift movement and held the stranger's neck, Kris's hand held Jung's.

"Won't you check first, hyung?" Kris said. Jung lowered his sword and turned to find that it's a soldier, a soldier of their own.

"Oh my God! How did you manage to come here? How did you find us?" Jung started asking but the soldier totally ignored all of the questions, "We're ready, Your Majesty." He said and the King nodded.

"For what?" Jung asked again.

"Strike back! " Kris said as he stood up from behind the tree they were taking a shelter.

"Are you sure, Your Majesty? " Jung asked.

"What? Am I not a worthfull king to you? " Kris asked and Jung shook his head violently. "My apologies, your Majesty." Jung apologized and bowed quickly.

"What's the plan? " Jung asked.

"There were hidden soldiers who've been fighting The Outsiders from nowhere and they didn't know they were hiding, they thought it was the castle. Now that The Outsiders are totally inside the court which we want the most.. On the right time, we send signal for the gate protectors and we strike.. Them from the front, us from the back.. We'll get them in the middle." The soldier explained as both the King and the guard nodded.

"Shall we go, your Majesty? " He asked and the king nodded, "Spread the word, and let's move by midnight." The King said and the soldier obeyed. Within seconds he was gone.

As time passes, even the sound of the wind became a source of nervousness. But they held their breath whenever they felt unease, then they slowly breathed out again.

"We should get ready, it's almost midnight." Jung said feeling sad, anxious, anything but agreeing to this.

"Hyung?" Kris called the other who didn't reply.

"Jung hyung." He called again.

"Yes."

"You don't like this, do you?"

"I don't." He replied, The King nodded and looked away.

"It's just.. I don't think it was the right thing to do, bringing everything down for my family. We could've just send soldiers searching over and over till either they find them or die trying. But risking your life, is not only unfair, it's so wrong.. So wrong." Jung said.

"You've always been my family.. And families are forever." Kris said. He sighed and looked at his hyung again, "Except for your sister, if I didn't make it out of this I have to be honest." He said.

"Yeah, you've been different with her, but I assume that's just because you don't have a way with women." His hyung said.

"It's not like that." He sighed nervously, "Truth is.. I love her. Ever since I was a seven years old boy, I loved her. Since I first took her in my arms right after she was born, I loved her.. She has the right to know that, so if something happened to me, make sure she knows the truth, she means the world to me. She means family and strength.. She means love by all means. Tell he she's my special fairy, my secret weapon. And she's the reason I'm bringing this whole kingdom down. I'll protect her with my life, and if I failed doing that, I'll make sure the kidnappers turn into ashes before dawn! "He then looked at his hyung, "And you.. You're my long time friend, the only brother I've ever known. I've always respected, and loved you." Kris said.

"You are my true family. And for it.. Let's get them back! "
