1) you need a " training " lightsaber. One you've bought at the store.
2) DO NOT HIT UNLESS THEY THREATEN YOU. again. Plastic lightsaber. Dosent yourk like your future one will *wink*
3) find a punching bag or something to hit.
4) Hold 1 hand on top of the hilt and one at the bottom, allowing duel swinging.
5) do this on the punching bag.
Do not proceed to a real lightsaber until instructed by your master or me (im technically a master).
