There will be the second part of Mother and Daughter soon. I am struggling a little bit with where it's going so I'm going to put that on pause for a bit. This chapter was requested by Gisee104. It's set after Mon-El comes back but before Crisis on Earth X. Kara and Oliver have a night out at the Alien Bar, leading to Kara becoming pretty drunk and being adorable Kara. Also, if anyone wants a translation of any of Kara's slurred sentences, I'll be happy to ablige.

Kara looked up from her laptop, pretty sure she recognised who it was but she didn't quite know. He looked so familiar, she just didn't know where she knew him from.

"May I help you?" Her chirpy nature surprised Oliver. He had come to her earth because he heard of her recent loss. It was good to see her happy but he soon realised that she might not be feeling what she needed to and he was all too familiar with that way of life.

"Kara... Danvers, right?"

"Yeah. What can I do for you?"

"I'm Oliver Queen..." At her blank expression, he leant in closer and whispered, "The Green Arrow from Earth 1?"

"Oliver!" She stood and hugged him over her desk. "What are you doing here? Is everything okay on your Earth?" She suddenly felt a tinge of worry. "Is Barry okay?"

"Yeah, everything's fine there." He chuckled, "More than fine actually. Barry's engaged to Iris and Felicity and I are pretty good friends now." Kara smiled at the mention of Oliver being available. Since they met during the invasion on Earth 1, Kara hadn't really stopped thinking about him.

"I don't want to sound rude but... why are you here?"

"I heard about the accident from Barry, and I got worried." He said simply. "I know it's stupid to worry but I haven't been able to get it off my mind. So I thought what better than to give Supergirl a visit." He whispered the word 'Supergirl' and Kara blushed. 'He worried about me?' She thought.

"Thank you but everything is okay here." She suddenly perked up. "Why don't we go out when my shift is over?"

"Sure!" He smiled and wrapped his arms around her for another hug. "I'll meet you at... I don't really know where things are here..." She nodded and wrote down an address. 

"This is my apartment. Meet me there and we can head to... I'll keep it a secret... together." She smirked and handed Oliver a sticky note.

"I look forward to it."

Kara looked down at her dress. 'Too formal' she thought to herself. She quickly changed into something else. 'Too informal' she sighed. A knock at the door startled her and her heart raced. 

"Kara?" Alex's voice echoed in Kara's ears. "Are you home?"

"Yeah, one sec." Kara was disappointed that Oliver hadn't arrived yet but she was happy to see her sister. She smiled as she opened the door. "Al!"

"Hi." Kara grabbed Alex's hand and pulled her into the apartment. "Wha..." Alex laughed when Kara sped into her room and came back with a bunch of outfits.

"I need help picking an outfit. I'm going out for a drink with Oliver Queen and I really need to wear the right thing Alex, and he needs to..." Alex raised her hand to stop Kara from starting one of her rants.

"Two things... remember the day you came out as Supergirl?" Kara scoffed and nodded.

"When in doubt, go with blue, right?" Kara shuffled through a few of the outfits until she came across a blue dress. It was velvet with lace around the hems.
