I stood next to Kharisma as we waited on the bus .

It's been 2 days .

My leg shook up and down as I watched my surroundings . These past couple days I've been feeling like someone been watching me .

I seen 2 police officers and I mentally sighed to myself as they looked my way .

Police - hey ! What's your name ?

Me - why ? I asked

Police - well 3 days ago a man by the name of George Henderson was murdered and we wanted to know if you knew anything about it ?

Me - no sir I shook my head no as I looked at the picture .

Police - you didn't see anything ? The other officer looked at me raising his eyebrows

Me - no sir I said but I have to get going

Police - why aren't you at school ?

Me - I'm going there now . My school don't start till 8

Police - what school do you go to ?

Me - the one up the street I lied

Police - what is your name ? He pulled out a notepad a witness described someone like you . They said you seen everything and you was there with your two younger siblings .

Me - sir I seen nothing and I don't have 2 siblings . They couldn't have seen me .

I talked at a normal pace making sure I didn't talk to fast so they didn't know I was lying .

Police - where were you Sunday ?

Me - at home

Police - where do you live ?

Me - I really have to get going .
