(A few months before the wedding)
After five or six years of knowing each other, Boris decided to take a big step in his and Hazel's relationship. Of course, with Cuphead being as protective of Hazel as he is, Boris was super anxious that he would get the boot. Besides, Cuphead tried to kill him and Bendy multiple times before, and got even closer to killing him over him and Hazel getting into an accidental kiss! However, Boris knew Cuphead had to get over it eventually. He and Hazel had been together as friends for four years, and became girlfriend and boyfriend for three years, and Cuphead was, though very slowly, accepting the fact that they liked each other that much over time. Before asking Hazel the big question, Boris would have to talk with her parents first.
While Hazel was out with a few friends, Boris took the chance to go to her house where Cuphead, Bekkah, Mugman and Connor were. Knocking on the door, Mugman was the first to answer. Being the two were already pals during the quest, Mug happily greeted Boris and welcomed him inside, where Boris asked Cuphead if they could talk in private. The simple yes or no question soon turned into a long, strict conversation.. which was Cup's doing, of course. He made sure, through multiple questions and comments, that Boris knew to not make a bad move on Hazel. For example, he warned Boris that if he cheated on her, he would make sure whoever he took new interest in sure as hell wouldn't in him. If he hurt her at all, he would do whatever he did to her, to him in the exact same way. And if he ever- well.. it just goes on and on. Boris continuously said "I know", "I wont", "Don't worry", etc etc, to every last warning and comment Cuphead gave him. Eventually, Cuphead was satisfied with what he had said, and gave Boris permission, though somewhat hesitantly, to marry Hazel.
Once Hazel returned home, the first face she saw outside her house was Boris, who had been anxiously sitting on the doorstep waiting for her. When Boris noticed Hazel walking up to him, he quickly stood up to greet her. Hazel was happy to see him, yet somewhat confused why he was right outside her home, seemingly waiting for her.
"Hazel, you know how much I care about you, right? W-well, for a while now, I have been thinking a lot about something... and its about time I popped the question once and for all. I talked to your dad, and he allowed me to ask you this.."
"Will you marry me?"
With that, the very next word that came out of Hazel's mouth other than a shocked, happy gasp, was a ecstatic "yes". Both the two teary eyed and happy, they quickly got locked in a tight hug, as Hazel's parents, brother and uncle were all watching from a window; equally happy and excited for them.

(Day of the wedding)
It all seemed so surreal. Everyone we all knew was here.. the sights, sounds, smells.. I guess I was just so surprised this was actually happening, I got so lost in thought. Every time I looked at the aisle, all I could think about was her.. Hazel.. walking down it, as everyone got seated. It would be any minute now that the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and last Hazel and Cuphead would walk in. Eventually, I heard the all familiar music begin to play, and the doors down the aisle opened. Its time.
The bridesmaids and groomsmen began to walk in, two at a time. The whole time this was going on, I could feel my heart pounding at my chest, seemingly about to burst out at any minute. I was so nervous, and excited at the same time. Every second felt like an eternity. I couldn't wait much longer. Then, finally, the piano player paused the music, and began to play "Here Comes the Bride". Everyone who was seated then began to stand up and look toward the door.
.. And there she was. She wasn't kidding when she told me the dress she chose was great.
My smile widened, and my tail wagged slightly as Hazel began to walk down the aisle, Cuphead at her side. Hazel had an equally excited look on her face as mine. Once she was a few steps from the altar, Cuphead put his hands on her shoulders so they looked at eachother. He whispered something to her, before kissing her cheek, stepping to the side and letting her come up to me. I couldn't hear what he said, but the way his lips moved seemed to me like he said "I'm so proud of you."
By the time the priest began the speech, it didn't take long for us both to say "I do". Hazel put the ring on my finger, and putting the ring on her's made my heart skip a beat. Once the priest said the five words I had been waiting to hear; "You may kiss the bride"; I didn't waste a second. The room instantly filled with clapping and cheering, before I picked Hazel up bridal style and ran down the aisle with her, both of us laughing. As I stepped down from the altar, I could've swore I saw Cuphead, though teary eyed, with the biggest smile I've ever seen him have if I were a few steps away from him. Guess he realized that as long as his Hazie is happy, then he is happy, too.
