I scrambled up and hit the apple out of the girl's hand.
"What gives?" she demanded as it went flying out of her hand and onto the dirt.
Ignoring her, I raced after it, bowing down to pick it up.
"At long last, my love," I whispered, holding my dear apple by my chest.
I grazed my fingers along the smooth, pale surface.
"But this is not my apple," I spit after feeling this apple's form.
"You are not my love! You are an imposter!" I glared down at the apple. "And for that you must be punished!"
I raced to the Great Lake and threw the apple in.
"Enjoy the Giant Squid's company!"

Dear Log,
It is I, your forever loyal Draco.
Apple is still hidden. The apple I thought was my love proved to be a fake. The imposter is at the bottom of a lake, but that offered no closure.
I still miss my Apple more than ever. I know I must find it, but I do not know where.
I have no idea where to turn, I am now the school joke. My friends have stopped speaking to me and have replaced me with another. No one is afraid of me any longer. And I usually just spend my meals eating by myself either writing in you or muttering madly to myself as I attempt and piece together the clues. As I attempt to figure out where you are.
You see, dear log, there is something about that night that bothers me. There is something that I am forgetting that, I'm sure, would crack the case! But I cannot, for the life of me, think what.
It is late night now. Both Crabbe and Goyle are snoring.
Yet, I am not inclined tondo the same. I am still thinking about that memory as hard as I can, but still to no avail. I must find somewhere I can go without being judged. I must find somewhere where I will be helped and not shunned.
Aha! It has hit me--the Hufflepuffs.
The forever kind, never judging, mouth breathing house. Of course, none of them are that intelligent. But they shall not judge me!
I will inquire about their dorm and enter it tomorrow after school.
Alas, I think I will plan more in my bed for I am exhausted.
Forever yours,
Draco
