I heard a loud scream from the dark, shaded forest. I instantly recognized the owner of the voice, and started to run towards it. Hanna. All I could think about was that single word. Hanna. The only thing I wanted to do was to run to her, and save her. Hanna.
I got to the source of the voice and noticed a small, brown bird, with unnatural big, black eyes. As I took a closer look at the bird, I noticed that it wasn't moving. It was just sitting on a wide branch of the tree, looking into the distance of waves of old trees and bushes. Then all of a sudden, the voice came from his yellow beaks. I'd been fooled. That bird was the source of her terrified voice. It made the exact imitation of the horrified scream of my girl.
I went closer to the creature to examine it, to try to understand how he sounded just like my girl. I couldn't stand the thoughts that kept wandering in my head about how they recorded this sound. The horrified scream of my loved one.
I heard some rustling from the bushes behind me. I turned around, fear taking over my senses, and saw a group of muscular, tattooed men approaching me, wearing black suits, their eyes covered with sunglasses. I couldn't help but started to wonder how the hell didn't they melt in 100000 degrees.
One of them had a black textile bag in his hands, and before I could think about running away, they all grabbed me by the hand. I tried to escape from the chains of their hands around my wrists and arms, but they held me strong and they gripped my arms tighter and tighter. I tried to kick them, but I only got a strong punch into my stomach and my face, for trying to escape from these strangers. Blood started to escape from the wounds that they made with their heavy hands.
I felt something dark covering my eyes, making the sight of the trees disappear from me, and felt the string of a textile bag hugging my wet neck. They dragged my arms behind my back, so I wouldn't try to take the bag off my head.
I heard several people heaving and shouting as they dragged me after them on the dirty ground. I tried to set loose of the squeeze of hands and the harsh material placed on the top of my head, but I didn't have luck. All I could do was follow these misterious people.
...
I didn't know what to do. I didn't know who these people were, the ones who captured me. I didn't even know where they were taking me, or what they wanted from me. Maybe they were indigenous people and were cannibals and wanted to eat me. I'm not saying that my flesh (or should I say muscles?) wouldn't taste incredibly good, but still! I didn't want to die this way. I didn't even want to die at the age of sixteen! I thought about a headline for the Minnesota News: "Young boy eaten by Thai residents". Does not sound very comforting.
When we stopped, the men pushed me to the hard, rocky ground. I heard some beeping sounds and a heavy door opening. It sounded like those doors that you could only enter if you tapped the right PIN code in.
WHERE THE HELL WAS I? In the middle of the jungle, there is a super protective door??? And I slept on the ground and ate trash for several days???? WHAT???-I thought, my breathing fastening and every nerv in my body tensing.
The men threw me inside from behind. I heard light footsteps approaching. The high heels stopped right in front of me.
"Here's the boy." said one of the men from behind me, his hands still captivating my bruised shoulders.
"Good. Take him upstairs to the room with the girl. Tie him to a chair." said a woman's voice.
By hearing that, I screamedat the figures that kept me on the floor, the thought of me being tied to a chair making my heart race even faster. What are they going to do to me?
