Jade's P.O.V.
The bouncer pushed me through the house filled with drunk party goers and others getting high on different drugs. They were grinding together on the dancefloor, so close that I couldn't possibly tell where one ended and the other bagan. The air smelled of smoke, alcohal, and sweat. I'd only been in the house for five minutes and I already wanted out. Instead of making a break for the exit I let the bouncer push himself and me through the crowd. People stopped to give me glances every now and then and I'd already had two boys, and a girl, hit on me. Let's just say I don't like parties.
We climbed the stairs reaching the top floor. The music was quieter and the air wasn't as thick up here, something I was grateful for. We stopped at a door where the bouncer knocked three times. "Come in," a voice called from the other side. I immediately didn't like this voice. It was rough and sounded dangerous. The bouncer pushed the door open. The room was quite large with leather couches lining the walls, a private bar off to the side, a pool table, and a table for playing cards. There were four boys around the table and I had my suspicions about who was Tobias. "She said she's here for you," he gestured down to me. A boy with slicked back black hair, dark eyes, and pale skin looked me over carefully. "Excellent." Well, I was right about who Tobias is. Not that I'm happy about it actually being him.
The bouncer left the room and I stood there awkwardly waiting for them to say something. "Well have a seat, we won't bite," Tobias said smirking. "Unless you want us to," he added, his smirk growing even wider. I was physically repulsed. If it wouldn't have blown up the plan I probably would have thrown up. Instead I walked so that I was standing by his chair and took a seat in his lap. He wrapped his hands around my waist while still holding his cards. "And what's your name?" His breath smelled of smoke and alcohal making my eyes nearly water. The boys never told me if I should use a real name or not. I decided against it and said,"Tiffany." I gave him a seductive smile and played with the collar of his leather jacket. He leaned in to be closer to my ear and whispered,"I'm Tobias." He nibbled a little bit on my neck causing me to suppress a moan. That's never happened before.
I forced out a giggle. I mean I have to show that I'm into him. I felt him smile against my neck and leaned back up so that he could look at me. He stared me up and down with a smirk. Okay he's into me. "What do you say we get rid of everyone else so that we can have the room to ourselves." I gave him a forced smile and said,"Sorry, but I have other things to do." He leaned a little closer and questioned with a smirk,"But wouldn't you much rather do me?" I bit my lip seductively making him look down. This is a lot easier than I thought it would be. "No." I got up from his lap, the whole time he had a confused look on his face. I smiled and left the room.
I was met again by the overwhelming smell of drugs and alcohol. I pushed my way back downstairs and through the even larger crowd of people. Tobias didn't chase after me, not that I thought he would. The boys had told me that when I left he would most likely look me up instead and invite me to his next party. I'm not exactly looking forward to that. I finally made it out of the house and nearly ran to the where the boys were waiting in the car. "What time is it?" I asked dropping into the backseat. "11:50," Josh answered. "11:50! Drive!" Oh no. No,no,no. I can't be late.
The boys stopped at the park letting me out. "Good job sweetheart. We'll let you know when Tobias comes looking." I nodded my head at Cody and watched as the boys sped away. I changed back into my regular clothes behind a tree and stuffed the party dress into my bag. I ran as fast as I could. I can't be late.
So we're just going to go straight to question time.
1. What do you think of Tobias?
2. Do you think Tobias was interested enough in Jade to invite her to his next party?
3. Why do you think Jade is so worried about being late?
Comment what you think
