The unwanted (Harry Potter FanFaction) (Laura x Ary) (on hold)

The introduction!

I walk into the grand dining hall, the floating candles lit the room and gave it a feel of magic and love. I see the Gryffindor table and start to walk over. I then stop half way through the room. Have you ever felt like your being watched? Well I had that feeling. I looked around and someone ran into me. I feel to the floor and saw Sunny was on top of me. “HEY” she screamed, I had always shared a room with her in Hogwarts. Over the years we became the best of friends. She was my comfort blanket. She was the one true friend I had. When we first became friends she didn’t even know I was a potter. How amazing is that. I’m liked for me not my last name.

“Hey sunny” I whispered back, as she was crushing my lungs. “Would. You. Mind. Moving?” She quickly got up and bashed her eye lashes then pulled me up.

“I’m sorry Laura, I just missed you so much these holidays. I was going to write I was just so busy. You want to know something?” She never gave me time to answer. I don’t even think she had time to breath. “I made a new friend. Don’t tell anyone, he is a Slytherin” I just smiled and gave out a little giggle. I couldn’t tell her that I thought a Slytherin was cute. She would be so shocked and most likely let out a screech. Sunny then turned around and pointed at a black hooded cloak.

“Umm I think she isn’t there anymore sun” She looked shocked and started to study the room. She then pointed again. At Ary. She is friends with Ary. “Umm” I was just speechless and didn’t know what to say. I thought this is my chance, if I can get Sunny to introduce me to Ary then I can get to know him. But I can’t use her like that. I won’t.

“Do you want to meet him?” OMG she reads minds I giggled and nodded. “I’ve been talking about you all summer with him. He knows a lot about you, seeing he said he had never spoken to you.” I blushed and started to walk to my table with Sunny.

The dinner was long and wasn’t worth half my time as I had been through it so many times. I just couldn’t wait to talk to Ary. I was just worried he wouldn’t like me. I am a bit quiet when I’m around someone new. After 30 minutes of panicking the dinner hall was being emptied. Floods of people pushed through the door, I hadn’t even paid attention to what house my cousins got put into. Even though I know it was going to be Gryffindor I should have been listening.

I was one of the last out the doors as I had no need to be fast. Sunny was in front of me texting Ary to meet us in half an hour by the toilets. He said okay and was excited to meet me again. What? I can’t back out now. I’m so nervous now. Why would he do that to me?  

30minutes later

Me and Sunny went down to the toilets to find a tall dark figure standing there. Sunny ran up to him and gave him a hug. He turned around in shock but a smile soon appeared on his face, which made one emerge on mine. He walked up to me “So Laura do you know my name this time? I’m sorry for being cheeky it’s just… well me.” He wiped his palm on his hips. He held out his hand and I was just frozen. I didn’t know what to say or do.
