CHAPTER 16

“Austin, no. Not here, It's too embarassing. There are people everywhere." I panicked as he pulled my wrist and wrapped his arms around my waist. “Don't worry babe, nobody's watching" he smirked and gave me a quick kiss. Woah there, BEFORE anyone has any dirty thoughts, let me clear this out. We just came out of the water, and landed our butts on the sand. But when the 5 membered family who were sitting a few meters away from us, turned on their radio, came the song we danced in the restaurant ‘I Won't Give Up'. And obviously the romance genius here had to dance with me. Infront of all these people. “Alright alright lets dance." I kissed his Cheek as his eyes lit up. And soon I lifted my arm and rested them on his shoulders. Looking deep into his eyes i remembered all those memories we've had so far. Slowly tears filled up my eyes when i realized that I have to leave to New York tomorrow. ‘These 2 weeks has gone way too fast. From the moment i bumped into his Surfboard, my life seemed like a fairytail, a romantic movie or a romance Novel. And all it took was 2 weeks to fall in love with him. Even i don't know when it happened but it just happened. The thing that started with that little smile, turned into love. Love, that i don't want to leave behind.' I tightly hugged him and rested my head on his chest, to hide my tears from him. Suddenly everyone started clapping as the song finished. Before pulling me back from Austin, i quickly wiped off my tears.

After a while, we sat down again. I gave him a smile, but got no smiling responce. I waited for him to speak. “So tell me now, why were you crying?" He came closer and tugged some of my hair behind my ear. I sat there with my eyebrows lift up, without knowing what to answer. “uh-umm i wasn't crying" i managed. He chucked and said “its just something I found out. Whenever you cry, your nose kinda turns red". Shit i forgot about my nose. “so tell me" he waited.

Tears rushed into my eyes again. “Austin... I, I don't wanna go yet. I don't want to leave you. Just thinking about that makes me miss you. I just. I don't want to leave" I looked at him.

He sighed and pulled me in for a hug. “I don't want you to go either. I want to say ‘don't go' but i can't. I want to be selfish and keep you with me forever. But i can't. I just can't. So.." He pulled me back and smiling he said “we won't end our relationship. I will come to visit you when I can. And After Highschool, I can come to New York for college. Howz that? We just have to save our relationship until college".

“But people say that long distant relationship doesn't last long. We won't turn out like that right?". “We won't. You know what, lets fuck*ng prove them that not all long distant relationship ends bad... Now enough of this sad talking. Come here." with that, he started tickling my belly. Just before we kissed, screamed 2 horrible voices nearing us.

“Austin and Elena sitting on a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G" sang James and Jake. Just the people i DIDN'T want to see. And Trust me their voice is even worse than mine. Austin chuckled. “Austin and Elena sitting on a tree K-I-S— ok lets stop this tune is kinda irritating me" Jake said and James, no WE all agreed. “why are you both here?" I asked hoping that they'd go away soon.

“You still need to pack your bags. Dad told us to call you. You do know that we are going back to New York tomorrow right? Bye now. We are going some where". Both of them started walking away.

“i don't wanna go yet" i wisphered to myself but Austin probably heard it. “Babe, we will meet tomorrow. Don't worry. Now go" he got up, pulling me to stand up. I stood up but didn't move a bit. Without wanting, tears started escaping my eyes. I saw how he forced himself to smile but i knew how he really felt. So without a word i hugged him tightly. “I'll be there tomorrow til you get on that plane. I swear." He said wrapping his arms around me.
