Just a heads up to let you know that I don't know how many words this chapter has. I began to count but stopped at 100 words cause I got lazy. It's more than 1,000, that's for sure. Hopefully. Anyway, back to the story. Enjoy!

1.And, So, It Begins.
I can hear the sound of my bare feet against the dried up leaves. It's a familiar sound, one that I'm used to ever since I was a kid. Unfortunately, I won't be hearing it any time soon. As I run, I can feel my heart booming in my chest from the adrenaline. I finally did it. I finally ran away.
I had been beaten by my alcoholic father. Left, shaking and shivering on the floor. I hadn't made a sound because I knew that if I did, it could've been worse. But, I actually had a plan and for once, it worked. I waited until he was knocked unconscious before I got ready. I packed whatever I could find, stuffed it all into a duffel bag and quietly snuck out the window. So, here I am, running as if my life depends on it, which in this case, it does.
A crunch of leaves is heard behind me and I whirl around, thinking it's my father. I search my jeans for my pocket knife, but of course, the one thing that can save me is not there. I hear it again but this time from behind me. My breathing picks up and I start running away from the sound, not knowing where I'm going. The sound grows louder and louder the more I run as if this thing won't leave without getting what it wants.Of course, stupid me, I turn around and there it is, the thing that was chasing me... a wolf?
Its dark, almost black eyes, stare me down, its white and black fur blowing in the wind. My eyes search our surrounding, looking for a way out. An idea pops into my head, probably also stupid. The wolfs eyes get darker and darker the more I look into them. Shaking myself out of my trance, I drop my bag and run. Not away from it but towards it. I run until I'm close to the tree next to it and jump. My hands latch onto the tree branch and I haul myself up, my feet touching the branch my hands were previously on. I go higher and higher until the wolf can't reach me. I watch as it claws at the tree bark, snarling and growling at it. I smirk when it gives up and runs away. Maybe not so stupid, after all.
I jump down, landing on my two feet, Again, stupid, because the second I touch the ground, I'm surrounded by wolves, either black, white, brown or different shades of grey. The same wolf that chased me comes forward and what I see next scars me. I hear the cracking of bones as the wolf, or what I thought is a wolf, changes into a person. A person! His mahogany brown hair is blowing in the wind and his gorgeous violet eyes stare back at my green ones. My eyes bug out of my sockets and my mouth almost hits the floor as I look over his body. Almost! My eyes take in his chiseled jaw, tanned and strong chest and defined abs. To say the least, he is beautiful. He's standing ram-rod straight as if he was carved from granite by the gods themselves. That's how stiff he is standing! My eyes go over the rest if his body but stop at his perfectly defined V line once I realize that he's not wearing any clothes.
Before I can say anything, I feel someone place a cloth over my mouth and nose. I struggle in his grasp, not allowing myself to breathe in. "Just breathe." I hadn't even realized that violet eyes had gotten close to me. His voice is low and soothing, making me want to give in but I continue to struggle in the other mans grasp.
"Please..." That's all I hear before I finally breathe. My body goes limp and violet eyes wraps his hands around my waist before I am taken by the darkness.
I groan as I open my eyes. I sit up from the comfy bed, my head throbbing in pain as I do so. My eyes adjust to my surroundings. They first catch sight of beautiful, gold curtains with intricate beige petal designs, draped in front of, what I'm assuming, a pair of glass windows.I roam my gaze over the rest of the room. Gold wallpaper with white flowers plastered on the walls. An oakwood dressing table with various female necessities, an oakwood side-table on each side of the bed, and finally the bed itself, made with, you guessed it, oakwood. The headboard is an off-white chocolate color as well as the entire bed. White sheets are covering the mattress along with an off-white duvet sprawled across my legs. The room is, overall, beautiful.
I look down at myself and noticed that I'm not wearing my own clothes. I'm dressed in a silky, pale pink top with a pair of pale pink short, which are too short for my liking. Suddenly memories rush back to me and my confused expression is replaced with a furious one. Violet eyes! I jump out of the bed and grab the silk robe placed neatly on a chair. I furiously jerk open the door and make my way through the various people going about their morning. Why are there so many people in one house? I finally find the stairs and make my way down, taking two steps at a time. I look through each door, furiously slamming them shut and not caring about the colorful profanities headed my way. I finally reach the last door on this floor. The kitchen. And there he is, standing ram-rod straight and towering over everyone with his 6'4 height, violet eyes.
I jerk open the door and watch as all eyes turn to me with confused expressions. Violet eyes is last to look at me and once my eyes meet his, I remember the night before. I bare my teeth and storm over to him.
"Hey-" Before he can say one more word, I raise my hand and with all the force I can muster, smack it right on his left cheek. His head turns as he cups his now red face. Gasps are heard all around the enormous kitchen but I don't pay any heed to them. My attention is solely on the man in front of me. He looks at me and his eyes go dark with rage and some other emotion that I can't comprehend.
"How dare you? First, you kidnap me and then you change me? You could've at least had the decency to just leave me in my own clothes!" I yell as the whole room goes silent. All eyes are now on me as I stare daggers into his now black eyes.
"First of all, I didn't kidnap you," I refrain from rolling my eyes. "and second, I didn't change you, my sister did." He says after he lets go of his cheek. My expression softens and I give him a guilty look but that doesn't stop me from saying, "Well, I regret nothing." I cross my arms over my chest and look up at him. His height towers over my 5'8 height, making me look like a little girl compared to him. I am exceptionally tall for my age, this just ruins it. His eyes are now back to their normal violet color but he now holds an emotionless face.
A booming clap echoes around the silent room and we all turn our heads to face the culprit of the noise. A guy with similar brown hair and green eyes as mine is leaning against the door frame with an amused smile on his face.
"Wow, Theodore." So, that's his name. "That was great. I would kill to see that again." His voice is familiar yet deeper than I last remember. Memories rush back to me and my eyes go slightly wide. The calmness in me is immediately burned out with fire as I realize who is standing before me. My brother...
