Thank you guys so much for a bit over 100 reads. I'm really happy. I didn't really expect this much in a few chapters but I'm super happy. Actually, I didn't expect it at all. I didn't think anyone would read this book. Anyway, enjoy the chapter.

6. I'm Gonna Be An Archer!

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

I groan as my alarm screams at me. I reach my hand out and the back of it hits the side table.

"Ow!" I groan again as I turn around to switch off the annoying alarm. Once it's off, I sit up and rub the sleep away from my eyes. A yawn escapes my mouth and I walk over to the window and put the curtains aside. It's still dark. And the ground is white. Why in the world is it whi- Oh, shit. It's snowing. Oh, come on!

I walk inside the bathroom and do my daily routine and then walk out. I find a pair of thick and soft sweats and a black long sleeved shirt. I grab a thick, comfy, brown sweater and put it on along with a pair of socks and joggers. I head down the stairs while tying my hair into a high ponytail. I make my way towards the kitchen, getting lost at some point but I find my way.

Once I find the kitchen -five minutes later- I find Theo sitting on one of the bar stools around the marble island.

"I told you 6 not 5. Eager to see me, are we?" He wiggles his brows suggestively and I roll my eyes.

"You wish," I say groggily.

I walk over to the fridge ands just as I'm about to open it, I hear Theo's voice from behind me.

"No breakfast, by the way." Slowly, ever so slowly, I turn my head to look at him. "But since you're up already, we can start early." He smiles mischievously. That sly dog! He knew I would wake up early to eat. I shake my head and laugh humorlessly.

I close the fridge. "Alright, what are we doing today?" I ask as he slowly looks outside. I follow his gaze and find a row of bows and arrows and different targets. A smile makes its way onto my face and I look at Theo.

"I'm gonna be an archer!" I squeal and Theo chuckles.

"Not yet. You need to train," He informs, making my grin falter.

"Shouldn't I learn to fight first?"

"You don't need to," Huh?

"Why not?" I ask slowly.
