Chapter Fifteen

Formation Pt.2

"You sure this will work?" Sam asked as we began climbing up the back wall of the kingdom.

I led Izzy and Sam into the kingdom, we had to find the King and get him to safety, the plan was for Izzy to teleport him down the street for Tyler to pick up.

"Yeah, I mean this is how I got in the night I stole the necklace" I spoke opening the window leading into Twilight's room.

I climbed into the room and helped the others in.

"It hasn't changed at all" Izzy spoke sadly.

I placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey, we'll figure this out alright?" I spoke trying to comfort her.

Izzy looked away from me for a few moments before responding.

"Yeah, alright, let's go find my Dad" Izzy spoke leading us out of Twilight's bedroom and further down the hallway.

We made our way downstairs, without running into any other guards. As we approached the backdoor to the throne room we heard the gunshots from outside the kingdom.

I looked behind me to Izzy and Sam and we exchanged glances. John was holding up his part of the plan.

"Shit, of course they're attacking now!" I heard Tony yell in frustration from the throne room.

I peaked my eye through the half closed door and saw the back of the throne, I assumed it was Tony sitting in it, being Manuelly fanned by the King who was on his knees.

Around Tony stood several guards, along with one larger guard in black armour.

I backed off from the door and turned to look at Izzy and Sam.

"Your Dad's there, but both he and Tony are heavily Guarded" I whispered.

"What's the plan?" Izzy whispered back.

I thought over our options, clearly Tony wasn't going to send away his body guards during a attack, especially since he knows we'll want him dead, and the King freed.

"Izzy, Cloak up and get your Dad out, Sam will hold the guards while I get Tony" I whispered.

Sam and Izzy both seemed confindant in that plan, and Izzy put the cloaks hood over her head and went invisible.

"Alright" I whispered turning and kicking open the door into the throne room.

I lit my new fire sword up and held it close to me.

"Who ordered toasted lizard" I shouted.

The guards instantly raised there weapons as did the large black armored guard. I noticed now for the first time that the plain armored body guards weren't wearing helmets, and their reptile-like faces were showing. They all had dark green eyes, green scaled faces and no hair on their heads. Their nose didn't really exist but was just two holes in there head where their nose should be. Honestly it just seemed like they were giant lizard men.

Before the guards could get a chance to fire their weapons however Tony raised his hand to tell them to stop.

Sam stood by my side with her hammer raised, she was ready to strike on my command.

The King stood his ground beside Tony, we'd need to distract Tony so Izzy can get the King out of here.

"Jack Turner! What a pleasure to see you here, and Samantha Moon kind of disappointed that I didn't get a chance to finish you the last time, but no matter" Tony started as the large guard in black armour took a step towards us.
