Paladins?

Katie's POV

I walked down the ships corridors. Lotor had allowed me to wonder the palace a bit. When I turned to the second gladiator prison my heart sank. A tall bulky man with a sword was walking down the corridor, he had black hair, and a white fringe. My eyes widened. When he finally saw me his eyes did too. "Katie!" He yelled in disbelief.
"Takashi!" I yelled back running towards him. He dropped his sword and ran towards me. We joined in a tight embrace. I swear I felt warm drops fall onto my hair. I looked up at him. His robotic hand messed my long chestnut hair up. He walked me to his cell.

When we arrived I was heart broken. A boy with a white mullet and purple skin laid on the cold floor, not sleeping. He was staring at his knife. Next to him was a large boy with dark brown hair and a gun on his belly. Next to him was an Altean, white short hair and baby blue marks under his tired eyes. Finally next to him was a scared man with a bushy orange moustache and war eyes. Opposite Shiro's cell was an Altean female, platinum shoulder length hair and baby blue marks under her war eyes. This was Voltron. I had half a smile half a frown.
"What happened to you guys?" I asked. Everyone looked up at me.
"Pidge?" They all asked. My eyes watered. "Oh my. Why have you gotten bruises! Did they do this?" Keith asked. I shook my head.
"Matt." Was all I said before crouching down to their level. "What? He's your brother though." Lance asked in confusion. My eyes changed making the team jump back.
"What?" I asked tilting my head to the left.
"You've, changed." Alura said coughing. Hate glistening her eyes. I was still confused. I went to feel my long hair but it had shrunk back to my Pidge hair.
"Well Lotor is expecting me, I must go back to my cell." I bowed to them and left. Leaving them with confused faces. A single tear escaping and dropping onto the cold dirty floor. Concerned shrieks asking me what was wrong before I turned to see them on final time then left.

Keith's POV

Pidge. She changed. Like a galran. I can't say anything but I am half-galran, always have been. It's nice she came to visit though. But why does she answer to Lotor. He captured us one by one, and Voltron Lions. The only one left was Green. Then I heard guards. Pulling the cell door open once more.
"All of you are needed for this fight." We nodded getting up and walking out. We were dragged behind the guards to the match. Pidge was there. Leaning in the walls, eyes green. Hair chestnut, and a robotic weapon at hand. I only just noticed Matt next to her. A robotic arm on the opposite arm to Shiro. A scar placed lightly on his left eye.
"Matt!" Shiro yelled. Matt turned to hug the black Paladin. Katie still leaned on the wall, eyes dull.
"Welcome our greatest gladiators." Lotor yelled. Pidge stood straight and walked out. The crowed cheered as she dropped her weapon. Then a sickly smile was placed on Lotors face.
"I will fight this gladiator. Not to death, but then we will need some more galrans to fight the others at the same time. We walked out. The crowed cheered. Katie smiled.
"Bring it on!" She yelled at him. He smiled and jumped down. She picked her weapon back up and other Galrans jumped down. When Hagar yelled
"Go." Pidge was fighting better than we had ever seen. I had to fight this weak galran. Shiro was in trouble. Fighting a guy 10x his bulk and height so I decided to help him. Well I glanced at Pidges fight Lotor and her were laughing and hugging. All the galrans were defeated, except me.
"Well, good game Paladins." Katie was laughing with Lotor. I looked confused. So did the others.
"Guys meet Lotor, the Emperor who can't defeat a small Paladin." I began to laugh. So did the others.
"Okay since you won, you will be getting some of the greatest rooms." We nodded and chatted for about an hour until the rooms were ready. We were on opposite sides of the ship that the other.
"Bye guys and girl!" We all waved. This was going to be a long year...
