Z:I'm gonna get another drink anyone want anything? I crossed my eyebrows as she gestured me to follow in her direction C:I'll come They stepped towards the kitchen slowly as I stood from my position K:Uh, me too
I rushed on my steps as we hurried into the room, both their arms blocking my body as I reached for the cupboard K:Right, what's up? I shook my head as they exchanged questionable looks to each other Z:Oh you know... K:No?? She laughed loudly Z:You like Tom! C:Shhhh Carla tried to quiet down Z's tone as she covered her mouth in embarrassment K:What? Where's this from Z:Oh don't play silly with me I can see it in your eyes I laughed shaking my head continuously K:Well they must be telling lies cause I am far from the stage of liking tom C:Oh are you really? Carla rose her eyebrow as I crossed my arms together K:Really! Z:Okay then They held their hands up in innocence as I grabbed a drink from his fridge
T:You alright? I shut the fridge door immediately smiling lightly as tom appeared through the kitchen doorway C:Yeah we're fine T:You were just taking a while I thought you didn't know where the drinks were or something He chuckled lightly walking away, the girls immediately rolling their eyes in my direction Z:Kayla! K:What? I laughed walking out of the room, their footsteps quickly trailing behind me
I slumped on the sofa, tom picking up a conversation with me as he showed me some pictures on his phone Z:Ah my mums messaged, she's at my house I should get going, Jacob is it alright for you to drive me? J:Umm, yeah sure! He lifted himself from his position heading for the door C:I should go too She smiled as I widened my eyes in her direction, shaking my head lightly Z:You two have fun
I closed my eyes in frustration as they all suddenly disappeared through the doorway so quickly I didn't even have time to reply
T:That was weird I turned towards tom laughing awkwardly as he stood up from the sofa T:You want another drink? He rubbed his hand through the hair on the back of his neck
K:Uh, yeah thank you He smirked nodding quickly rushing towards the kitchen, I breathed out heavily positioning myself nervously
T:Here you go He handed me the cold bottle, the temperature freezing my palm as I placed it on the table beside me
T:What did you think about your first day on set? Pretty cool huh He rose his eyebrows letting out a light laugh K:Yeah, yeah really cool I sipped the liquid licking the taste of alcohol of my lips before being interrupted by the loud vibration of my phone, I saw the name, rolling my eyes letting the call drop
T:Who was that? K:Some guy who's defiantly not worth my time He laughed slightly shrugging his shoulders T:And is this guy a boyfriend? K:An ex boyfriend
He nodded quickly T:What happened? Not that I'm trying to get involved with anything i jus...
I interrupted his pace in speech smiling suddenly K:Don't worry... I never really knew what happened all I know is that he cheated on me multiple times, and still asks for my forgiveness T:Argh boys
I chuckled under my breath embracing the surprising comfort of the moment of silence T:But seriously though... you know that you deserve a lot better, right? K:I don't know, things like this keep happening it seems as though maybe it is my fault T:Were you the one that cheated? K:No but... T:Then its not your fault I smiled lightly
K:Thanks T:For what I paused slightly turning my head to the floor, then back to him K:For making me realise the reality T:Your welcome, cheers to that I smiled as he clucked our bottles together, gulping the liquid as I watched him swallow every sip
T:Hey you wanna stay? and maybe watch a movie or something? I hesitated on my words K:Yeah, yeah that would be nice T:Cool
He stood from his position pulling the curtains shut flicking the switch on the light beside him, dimming it a little T:You like popcorn? I crossed my eyebrows lightly T:What a silly question of course you do
I nodded smiling as he returned 5 minutes later with a bowl and blanket K:Wow you know how to give someone a good movie night T:Well... I've had a lot of practice I laughed as he sat down beside me, pulling the covers over our bodies sitting the popcorn above the blanket
T:What film yah fancy? He spoke performing his strong accent making me smile as he held the control in his hands K:Anything that doesn't involve blood He laughed lightly
T:I'm guessing you don't like that I shook my head firmly T:What about a horror film with no blood?
I scrunched up my nose slightly T:What? You scared He nudged my arm playfully K:No I hid my face smiling trying to cover my true emotions
T:Don't worry, I'll protect you I stared into his eyes as he held a pillow up in his hands, maybe it would be worth it to get a bit of tom protection
T:Or would you prefer to watch some girly film like clueless or mean girls K:Hey those are both classics! T:And IT and scream aren't classics? I tilted my head to the side as he faked a shocked reaction
