The weeks have passed like the wind swirling around the leaves of the cold autumn. The days with the same route, nothing has changed. waiting for better days and unexpected news. Damien watches the people walk from the balcony of his apartment, a cup of coffee in his left hand and his tablet resting under his right arm. He sighed and thought of different things but mainly Emma. He wanted to have her by his side, hug her, listen to her angelic voice and kiss her sweet lips. A part of him told him not to lose hope but another was beginning to fall into the temptation to let go.He was so afraid of losing her that sometimes he looses his train of thoughts

When the strong sun of Los Angeles begins to burn his skin, Damien decides to go back inside. He sits his coffee cup on the counter and strides over to the bedroom. He changes into a pair of joggers and a sweatshirt follow by this running shoes and heads downstairs and out of the building.

Damien hits the park just three blocks away from the apartment and begins to jog. It's Saturday so its time for his morning run. It relaxed him, putting his mind at ease. His running shoes kissing the concrete as his legs curl up and down. A soft melody plays through his headphones, as his heart races.

Drops of sweats roll down his forehead and cheeks as he gulps down some water from the bottle he brought with him. He's been running for what seems like hours and he was running low on energy. He joggs his way back home, where he takes a shower and put some comfortable clothes on.

He turns the Tv on and looks through the channels, looking for something interesting to watch. Usually when Emma and him sat on the couch to watch television, the first thing that came to mind was a Full House Marathon.

It was their favorite show to watch together but since she wasn't there with him to watch it then it wouldn't be fun or special.

A phone ringing interrupts his thoughts and he answers the call.

"Hello?"

"Remember our date tomorrow! You better be ready by 12 pm. Please don't be late I'm putting all of my effort for this to go good." Chloe speaks through the other side of the line.

Damien sighs and passes his hands through his messy wet hair. He had completely forgot about the date with Chloe because it was that irrelevant for him.

"Do I have any other option?"

"No. Bye." She hangs up and he rolls his eyes annoyed.

"Good Morning Mr.Lockwood here's your early coffee. Three sugars and just a little bit of milk." Sarah says putting the warm cuo of coffee on his desk.

"Thank you Sarah. Can you please tell Daniel to meet me outside at 11:45?" He tells her.

"Sure. Anything else?"

"No that's all." He says and goes back to doing work.

"If you'll excuse me I'll be outside if you need anything sir." She politely says and heads out the door.

Damien check some emails from the Hospital on new york where Emma is currently hospitalized in.

Nothing. Now new messages or updates on her.

"As promise, I'm here on time." Damien says to chloe once he arrives at the restaurant.

"I'm impressed!" Chloe says excitedly. She was wearing a baby blue dress that was tight around her waist but loose on the bottom. It cushion her boobs just the right amount to make them look a little bigger than what they already are. She was also wearing heels that made her reach Damien's shoulders. Her hair was in wavy curls and her make up was really simple.
