"Mr and Mrs Shepard!" The nurse called out and Sam and Jessica stood up walking into hallway, following the nurse.

"I'm admire you very much Jessica." The nurse said.

"Thank you." She said, her face turning red.

"The doctor will be here soon." The nurse stepped out of the room.

"So 15 dollars and Mcdonalds says this baby is a girl." Sam said.

"Mcdonalds sounds good so if I win I want Mcdonalds AND we get a mini van."

"Not a mini van." He whined.

"We need one, but I want one that has a bench for a front seat, is that a real thing?"

"Probably." He grumbled.

"Maybe we should do a gender reveal."

"We could give Susan the results and have her bake them."

"Susan's cake and cupcakes are amazing." Jessica said as her belly growled.

"Okay but the bet is still on for the gender reveal."

"Fine."

The doctor walked in the door and examined Jessica.

"You ready to find out the gender?"

"Actually, we were wondering if you could put them in an envelope."

"Gender reveal party?"

"Yes."

"So I'm estimating a Christmas baby and here's the heart beat."

Jessica cried as she heard their baby's heartbeat and Sam smiled and kissed her head.

"I'm still betting for a girl." Sam said as the doctor handed them the envelope.

"I know it's a boy."

"Who knows?" The doctor said.
