We are just an advanced breed of monkey,
On a minor planet,
On a very average star.

How do I always get myself into these situations?

I take another blow to the face.
That's gonna hurt in the morning.

Dean is fighting another demon next to me.

When the demon slammed his face on the counter I would have thought he'd be unconscious, but it just pissed him off.

I'm not sure how we're going to kill them since Sam has the knife, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it, in about .5 seconds.

I punch the demon straight in the face then kick him in the ribs.

I look over to Dean and see that he can't last for much longer. With a bloody face I try to think of something.

I suddenly get an idea.

"Dean, move!" I yell.

He looks at me and automatically jumps out of the way.

I smirk, "Hasta la vista, baby."

God I hope this works.

I close my eyes and transfer the white hot energy to my hands.

Opening my eyes, I look down at my glowing white hands and slam them down on the ground.

The floor lights up a blinding white light, I turn to see Dean has covered his eyes.

I feel my chest rising and falling faster than usual, I fall to the ground, exhausted.

The light fades leaving behind a blackened floor and no demons.

A smile grows on my face, I'm glad that worked. We would've been royally screwed.

He looks at me, I gulp, he breaks out into a big grin.

"That was awesome, kiddo! When did you learn to do that?" He pants, still breathless from the fighting.

I shrug, "I just hoped it would work."

He laughs, "You did good, kiddo. I won't be able to walk for awhile but that's okay."

I smile at him, silently agreeing.

We walk outside of the convenient store and Sam says, "What took you guys so long?"

I give him a incredulous look, "Really Sam?"

I say the same time Dean rolls his eyes and mutters, "Wow Sammy."

"What?" He asks cluelessly.

"Demons, Sam. We got attacked by demons." Dean informs everyone.

Mary and Cas were there, they must have pulled up a short while after us.

"Well are you guys okay?" Mary asks, slightly concerned.

We nod, "Nov used her angel powers like a true Winchester badass." Dean tells the crew.

Cas nods approvingly, "Good job Nova, I'm very proud."

I raise my eyebrows, "Wow a complement from Cas? What a rare occasion."

"Well I can be complementary when you do something correct, now that is a rare occasion," He sasses me.
