Kate wanted to help her mother in finding a way to raise the money for her dad's treatment, at the thought of it, she really didn't have any idea in mind but later she thought of asking for financial help from their family members. "or maybe i could ask my friend Alexa to help me get a job...i would do anything, my dad can't die" she said to herself.
Jane arrived from work and saw her daughter lost in thoughts "Kate...what's wrong?" Jane asked . "oh mum you are back" Kate said, quite startled, "are you okay" Jane asked again feeling concerned, "I'm alright" she said trying to appear convincing. "look I will make sure your father gets the treatment he needs...i will do whatever it takes okay, so I don't want you to worry" Jane said confidently, Kate replied by nodding her head gently.

It is the fourth day since the discovery of Mitchell's tumor.

Jane was becoming frustrated,selling the her shop didn't help, she had practically begged the whole world ranging from her friends,her relatives and even went as far as requesting for loan from the bank but they didn't issue her the loan claiming that there was no solid collateral because the house they lived in weren't theirs.
Kate now realized that her mum can't handle this by herself so she decided to meet with her friend Alexa for help and as she had thought of before.

Kate went to see Alexa for help...

"Kate not that I don't want to help you but it could be quite challenging for you" Alexa explained, "at this point in my life I would do anything" Kate said desperately, "really...anything?" Alexa asked, "anything" Kate replied. "well..you know what I will introduce you to someone who can lend you the money you need and then you can pay later" Alexa said, "really" Kate asked, "yeah" Alexa replied, "okay...let's go then" Kate said nodding her head in agreement.
