I don't deserve your love

The encounter

Jane had been watching her daughter very closely after her discovery. The thought of challenging Kate kept on running through her mind,but she decided to keep it to herself while she tries to find the truth. However, Kate noticed this sudden change in her mother's attitude.

'mum, what is wrong' Kate asked with a confused look on her face, sitting right opposite her mother in the sitting room.
'no... it's nothing' Jane replied with a stern look, and her right hand on her cheek.

'but...you have been acting strange recently'
'no, it's nothing'
'no, it's nothing.. no, it's nothing...okay then, I won't ask anymore if you don't want to share' Kate stood up and turned towards the door.
'where are you going to' Jane asked.
'well, I want to get drugs down the road, it's like Eric is sick'
'what!' Jane exclaimed, and rushed towards Eric's room.
'yeah...I'll be back' Kate said and left.

Jane saw Eric laying on the bed with fever, she sat beside him and touched him.

'how are you dear' Jane asked
'I am fine mum, I just have a little fever that's all' Eric said weakly.
'alright, just relax okay, your sister will soon be back with some drugs'.

Kate leaving for work the next day
'so mum I'll be leaving now... Why are you all dressed up, are you leaving as well?' Kate asked pointing at her mother's dress.

'no...i just felt like looking good today' Jane replied comfortably.
'...okay, see you later, besides please take care of Eric okay' Kate said and left for work.
'he's my son you know!' Jane replied.

Jane was about leaving, in attempt to follow Kate but she heard Eric cry out in pain so she rushed back to check on her son.

'what's wrong Eric' Jane asked anxiously.
'my stomach hurts!' Eric cried out, holding his stomach tightly.
'why?....., Haven't you had anything to eat this morning' Jane asked looking towards the dinning table, and saw his breakfast still untouched.

'Mum, I don't want to eat'
'No way, young man you are eating this now' Jane ordered, handing him his food.
'...alright' Eric replied and collected it sluggishly.
'Good'.

'mum, are you leaving?' Eric asked.
'No...i wanted to but, I can't leave you like this'
'K... Thanks Mum'.

Today, Kate had been appointed with a client named Dr Robert Stein. He is a medical expert in Stein psychiatric hospital. Kate had slept with three other clients but non of them was a doctor.

Dr Robert Stein looked gentle but certainly not so in bed. Kate felt just as awful as she did with her other clients. Kate was deeply irritated by this old fellow aggressively forcing himself on her. She began to suffocate so she pushed him away to catch her breath. Kate was unaware that Dr Stein is a complete opposite of how he looks, he can be very aggressive especially when rejected.

'why did you do that' Dr Stein asked angrily
'sorry.. I was feeling... Uncomfortable' Kate said still trying to catch her breath.
'I don't care if you are uncomfortable, you have been paid so do your job' Dr Stein said pulled her back forcefully.

Kate cried out for help,the aggressive old man held her down tightly and kept on telling her 'no one pushes me away'. She managed to struggle out of it by hitting him hard on the head with her heels which was laying on the ground quite close to her and ran out of his house in tears.
This kind of job never ends well...

One her way home, she began to feel dizzy, her vision was becoming blurred, she was completely out of balance walking like a lost drunkard and eventually she fell down helplessly. Just about half an hour after, she saw a tall figure standing close to her, she was still feeling very dizzy and her eyelid were becoming heavier to lift. She was so defenceless and all she could say was 'please don't hurt me'. The tall figure hurriedly picked her up and took her away.

Kate woke the following morning with absolutely no idea of where she was nor how she got there. Then a tall and good looking young man walked in, well she noticed that right away.

'hey, you are awake' The young man said gladly.
'....who are you' Kate asked fearfully.
'sorry, please don't be afraid, I am Jack Stein' The young man replied.
'what!..Stein?,...another Stein please don't hurt me' Kate begged frightfully moving further away from him.
'hey hey relax, I won't hurt okay....'
'how did I get here?' Kate asked.
'I found you laying helplessly on the road on my way back from work last night' Jack explained.
'Ooh God,but I don't remember anything' Kate exclaimed.
'Don't worry, I'm a doctor, I can help you' Jack stated.
'no no no, thank you but you've done enough, I have had enough with a Stein...I need to go home now'

'listen I don't understand what or who you are talking about but before you go at least tell me your name'
'I am Kate'
'Kate,wow that's...a wonderful name, okay...I'll work you out then'
'okay, thank you very much for everything'.

Jack watched her leave, he was astonished by her divine beauty and certainly hopes he gets to see her again.
