Deep in debt

Jane could hardly remember anything, only the death of her husband and now she finds herself in a hospital bed.
It took a while for her to really understand what had happened and part were told to her by Eric especially the issue of her sickness ever since Mitchell's death, and how much it demanded. Jane could not understand how her daughter was able to meet up with such an amount, especially because she was unable to do so for her husband which led to his death.
Jane finally asked her daughter where she had got the money for her treatment.

"where did you get the money for my treatment" Jane asked curiously. "don't worry about that now mother you need to rest...okay" Kate replied. "no I won't be able to rest until you tell me where on earth you were able to raise that kind of money" Jane stated.
Kate was now looking down at her feet with a worried look. Jane noticed this look on her daughter's face and was now becoming worried.
"Kate please you have to realize that I can't be at rest until you tell me where you got that amount of money" Jane begged looking a little furious and in frustration at the same time.
"mum...i had to do what I did, to save your life" Kate stated in tears. "what did you do" Jane asked hurriedly. "I got a job and begged my boss for the money, which I intend to pay back by working" Kate said sluggishly. "what kind of job" Jane asked curiously.
"I collected a job as a wh..wh...waitress" Kate answered, realizing how close she was to telling her mother the truth.
"even only you knew it is not a waitress but a whore" Kate thought to herself.
"you shouldn't have done that, do you realize how long you are going to work to pay back what you owe" Jane asked rhetorically.
"mum, your life was at stake, I just couldn't lose you okay, please understand" Kate replied.
Jane touched by her daughter's words was left speechless. For a while, there was silence, both Kate and her mother had nothing to say, they were just staring at each other, each thinking of what to say to the other.
"even if I have to do it again to save your life, I will still do it willingly" Kate said finally to break the silence. Both fell in tears and hugged each other.

Jane was discharged few days later, which was coincidentally the same day Kate was to start working...

"where are you going" Jane asked her daughter.
"mum, I told you I now have a job, I have to work for what I owe" Kate replied. "listen, you won't be stocked there for long, I'm going to find a place to work so I can assist you with raising the money" Jane said holding her daughter's hand.
"alright, but for now please rest okay" Kate said nervously. "what's wrong... you don't look good" Jane asked looking at Kate closely.
"nothing mum, I'm just nervous" Kate answered, trying to appear convincing.
"don't worry dear, am sure you will do great at work" Jane said with an assuring look. "okay mum, I better get going, don't want to be late on my first day" Kate said, walking towards the door. " bye dear, take care" Jane said watching her daughter step out of the house. "bye mum" Kate replied.

Kate left to Mrs Sharon's house.

"hello ma'am" Kate greeted her new boss. "hello dear, I'm glad to see you" Mrs Sharon replied.
Kate responded by slightly nodding her head nervously.
"you don't have to worry dear, all you need to do is enjoy yourself and make me some money....okay" Mrs Sharon explained briefly.

Mrs Sharon also explained some other terms and conditions, and Kate just kept on responding with a nod.

Kate went on her first day as a whore.

Mrs Sharon Introduced Kate to her first client. He is a quite older guy, who happens to be the son of some minister, named Mr Kevin. Kate was irritated both by Mr Kevin's appearance, the intense smell of cigarettes allover the place and the devilish way he kept staring at her.

"don't worry sweetheart, you are going to love every bit of it" Mr Kevin said to Kate, putting on an evil smile on his face. Kate's eyes became wild in terror. Mr Kevin, however was aggressive all through, making every moment a misery for Kate.

Losing her virginity to that kind of person was devastating, she had never felt so cheap in her life. In here, women are just objects to grant pleasure.

She came back home that day in tears. She couldn't believe how life had made her become nothing but a cheap slut. For how long will she be able to keep up with this kind of life.
