The Winged Hybrid

I look around at the ruined city, as I fly past.

No citizens nearby, not even monsters.

Something out of the corner of my eye catches my attention.

A group of men, carrying a cage through a system of alley-ways.

"Hmm............. Social Activity!!!!"

I dive downwards into the alley-way the men took.

"Heh, you really found this thing just, lying around?"

"Yeah, it was rummaging through some rubble, probably was looking for something"

I lean closer to the wall, listening in on what they're saying.

"The thing started spitting fire and trying to claw through a metal rod"

I step away from the wall and take off running back through the alley-way.

I find the metal rod they were talking about, buried in a pile of rubble.

The rod had cybernetic markings on it.

I reached into the hole and pulled out the rod, it immediately extended out.

The rod turned platinum white with Golden highlights, it became lighter as well.

I spun the rod in my hand, it created a gust of wind that blew a pile of rubble into the air. The sound of the rubble hitting the ground alerted the men in the warehouse.

Someone ran out of the warehouse and looked down into the alley-way.

He pulled out a gun and walked into the alley-way, checking every corner as he passed.

I dropped down behind him, using the rod to blast myself into the air, and snapped his neck. The man dropped to the ground, and released his grip on his gun.

I picked up the gun and continued towards the warehouse.

I peeked into the warehouse through a window.

Four men were inside, in the center of the room, was the cage.

Inside was a dragon looking thing, or is it human, I can't tell.

I aimed my gun at one of the men and pulled the trigger.

The window shattered and the man dropped to the ground.

The bullet had gone straight through his crotch, I must be bad at aiming, cause I was aiming for his head. The other three men pulled out guns and took aim at me.

I dived off of the scaffolding, hitting the ground hard.

I stand up, my arm falling limp due to the fall.

"Damn"

Two men exited the warehouse and aimed their guns at me.

I roll out of the way and shoot one of them in the head, and the other in the throat.

The man drops to the ground in a fetal position, blood pouring out of his neck.

"Uh, Sorry"

I walk past the man and into the warehouse.

The door was sealed with a laser grid, probably very sharp.

A keypad was attached to the wall next to the grid.

I raise my hand to the keypad.

"Bypass"

The keypad short circuits and the laser grid de-activates.

"It actually worked"

I run inside the warehouse and pulled out my gun.

"I've come to kick gum and chew @$$. And I'm all out of gum..."

The man glares at me for a second.

"Wait, can I try that again"

He pulls out an SMG and starts firing at me.

I spin my rod in my hand, deflecting the bullets.

"This seems oddly familiar"

I swap out for my gun and shoot the man's hand.

He drops his gun and grabs his hand.

I throw my gun across the room and pulled out my IPod Touch.

I swipe the screen, neon green light flashing throughout the room.

My arm snaps back into place and I launch a plasma ball at the man.

The man is hit by the ball and disintegrates.

The crystal armor disperses and I glare at the cage.

"Needs a key"

I notice a small key hanging at the back, I grab the key and unlock the cage.

The creature steps out and walks over to me.

"You're safe now"

I aim the cylinder at the wall and we warp back to Planeptune.

(That Night)

"Seriously, I'm fine"

Compa bandages up my arm, a little tight.

"It doesn't hurt to be careful"

Compa finishes wrapping up my arm, and I head off to my room.

I sit down at my computer.

Megadimension Neptunia VII was running.

"If I'm correct, it seems like this may be after the events of Re;birth3, but before Megadimension... Is this what happens when you break your computer during the after game... Is this the after game..." I turn my chair to the Dragon-Human Hybrid...

"What am I gonna do with you...?"
