We all decided that we where going to have lunch at the Altain dinner at around noon. It is now 11:30. Shoot I haven't even started to get ready and Shiro insists that we leave at 11:45 so that we're not late. So I put on a red hoodie over whatever shirt I was wearing and pulled on some jeans. I ran a comb through my hair, brushed my teeth, and grabbed my phone. I finished just in time because when I was walking out of my room Shiro yelled, " Keith come on we're leaving. "
We than got into the car and drove to the dinner.
Time skip: at the dinner.
We all sat in the back away from the commotion. Lance got a cheeseburger and a strawberry milkshake, Pidge got a salad and a vanilla milkshake, Hunk got corn dog and a chocolate milkshake, Shiro got Mac n cheese with a mango milkshake, and I got a hamburger with a water. After the waitress left Lance asked me, " Your ok that we all got milkshakes right?"
I gave him a nod.
When our food came Lance ran and got an extra straw and said, " As you all know Keith is lactose intolerant and can't drink milkshakes. So I was at the store earlier and found these, " Lance held up a box that says Lactate, " These are pills that make it so our dear Kethy boy can have milkshakes and other dairy products. "
I was in tears nobody has ever done something like that for me before. I gave Lance a big hug and whispered a thank you in his ear. I than realized something. " But Lance it's too late for me to get a milkshake now. " He than plopped the extra straw he got into his and said, " That's why I got two straws." I took the pills with my water and braced myself for tasting a milkshake for the first time.
I sook a sip and I was I aw. How could something taste do good. Lance than asked, " How does it taste ?" I looked him right in the eyes and said, " Like heaven in my mouth. " He giggled and took a sip with his straw.
When we all finished Shiro decided to pay and we all walked out to our cars. Pidge and Hunk where going to there house and Lance was going to visit his parents. Shiro and I where going home when Lance called out of his window, " Best teacher ever!!" Shiro and I just chucked and drove back home.
