Sitting on the wall, swinging my legs and feeling the wind in my hair and face, this was perfect. The perfect day, the perfect day to relax, and not have to worry about anything... but... that's what it should've been.
I sat on the wall, looking at the sunset, with the sky in blend of red, orange, yellow, purple and pink and the sun slowly descending into the horizon. I look down at meadow below me and jump down, landing on a pile of green mess. Brushing grass off my skirt, I breath in and out slowly, enjoying the cool, summer air.
BANG
I quickly look up, ready and alert, glancing around past bushes and tall plants. Then... There. A man positioned laying down under a bush, aiming a gun at something above my head. Looking up in a stiff movement of my head, I see a girl... with a white skirt... and... it was me.
I was looking at the horizon, smiling to myself. Was this real? Was that supposedly called 'me' really me? Or was it an illusion? But... what happens if that man shot 'me'? Would I did too?
I run, jumping over a bush and landing a few metres behind him, all I needed to do was distract him... right? Then he would lose aim, wouldn't he?
Trying to be as quiet as possible, I snap off a branch hanging down above me. Looking back at the man, I aim as accurately and quickly as I can and throw it, just as the 'me' jumps off the wall.
Great. I think. Now, he will go for the real 'me'.
He stayed in position, aiming at something again. I look back at the wall and see another me sitting casually on the wall. Hearing a rustling of grass, I look around, and see the fake 'me' running towards me, looking straight at me, and I sprint off, hoping she would save the so called 'me'.
I pause after a few minutes of running and recover my breath. I turn around to see if the 'me' saved the other 'me' which was on the wall, but just as I do, 'I' jumps onto me. I thrash around, trying to let go of her hard grip on my wrists, and she pulls out a knife, a knife.
I pause and we both stop, looking at each other, as she brings the knife closer to my neck. Beads of sweat begin to form on my forehead as I close my eyes... preparing for this to happen. I was going to die.

My eyes open wide as I look into the darkness which was my room. Phew! It was a dream, a very strange one, if that.
Then a cold thin blade gets pushed against my neck....
