AJ Pov~

The next morning I went to the field out back to run a couple laps. The sweat dripping down my face and chest, I almost felt as everyone single dropped hit the floor as my sneakers pounded the pavement each step I took. The adrenaline was the only thing that kept me going at this point. I felt my breathing get heavier but that never stopped me. The burning in my lungs kept my fire going on the inside. It felt good.

The last nights events kept playing in my mind over and over again. I kept thinking of my fucking stupidity. I should have warned him about Aldo. I should have told my dad before we even left the house last night. But I made a bad judgement call and things could have gone way worse yesterday.

I came to a halt in front of the backyard door leading to the house, I looked up at the sky as the sun had finally sully risen. Italy was absolutely beautiful in the morning, I can't even believe my dad would leave this place to go to New York.

The door opened and out popped Dean and Michel. "Hey AJ, dad is looking for you." Michel said with one sneaker on and the other in his hand. I raised my eyebrow in question he shrugged "He said it was urgent, I didn't want to waste any time." He explained. I nodded and chuckled "Okay." I said slapping his back. "My dad is there too. He also said to call Marcio but we haven't found him yet." Dean. "I'll find him. Thanks guys." I walked into the house and went straight to the stairs passing my mom on the way. "Goodmorning son." She chirped. "Morning ma." I said kissing her on the cheek and running up the stairs.

I reached my room and saw Marcio in there "I know I got the message. Geez." I murmur grabbing a shirt to throw on. We made our way to my dad's office. We walked in and saw dad standing my the window with Uncle Matteo. Both looking identical with their suits and hands in the their pockets.
