Meet the Alteans

A large planet that looked similar to earth came into view and the lion moved even faster than before. A bright orange and red glow surrounded the lion as we entered the planets atmosphere, but the lion kept on moving.

"Guys, personal space. Hunk! your breath is killing me!" Even when in a giant cat head, lance is still an idiot.

"um, is it just me or is anyone else having second thoughts about flying through a mysterious wormhole? Why are we listening to a robotic lion anyways?" Hunk asked lance.

"It got us away from that alien warship didn't it?"

"I don't know if you've noticed, but we are in an alien warship." I could feel that blue was slightly offended by Keith's comment and I lightly hit him on the shoulder.

"Oh, are you scared?"

"With you at the helm? Terrified."

"Alright! Knock it off." Me and shiro said at the same time, I was sick of listening to them argue.

"No ones happy to be in this situation, but we're here now. if we wanna get through this we have to do it together." Shiro said in a very dad like way.

"So, what do we do?" Oh, pidge.

"First we find out where we are headed." we all look toward lance.

"I don't know. I'm sorry the lions not talking to me anymore. Wait! Wait, wait, wait! Shhh. I hear something!" A high pitched squeal came out of nowhere and everyone tried to find where it was coming from.

"I hear it too." said Keith.

"It's kind of a- a high pitched squeal?" after hunks statement the sound became lower and they all knew what it was. I kept my face hidden in my shirt and smacked lance on the back of the head.

"Ow! What was that for!?"

"For being an idiot. Now pay attention, there's a castle up ahead." Blue flew in and landed on the hard ground and we all scrambled out to get some much needed fresh air. I pat blues leg, Don't worry buddy, I'll get some air fresheners for ya. Blue purred in thanks.

"Keep your guard up."

"Something wrong?"

"My crew was captured by aliens once, im not about to let it happen again." shiro said ominously.

We all stood in front of a large door and I heard blue speaking to me. cover your ears child. I did as he said and covered my ears just before blue roared. Hunk screamed saying that it was going to eat us and I giggled. Pidge sent me a look and mouthed the words, We talk later. I didn't know what was wrong so I didn't think much of it. But I should have.

the doors opened to reveal a large open space and we all walked in and hunk shouted "Hello!" Like anyone will answer to that! We all turned to look at him and shook our heads. We continued on and stopped when we reached a large stair case, the group once again forming a circle around me.

"From the size of the lion, I expected these steps to be bigger."

"Well, maybe they were made for people that are human sized, right pidge?" She nodded her head and a bright light filled my vision.

"Hold for identity scan." It sounded like a female robot or something, I smiled when I saw shiro put a protective arm in front of me.

"why are we here? What do you want with us?!" I giggled at him, he didn't even know he was talking to an AI. It was adorable. He glanced at me and the scan ended. The lights that led up the stairs flashed on and we followed them. Well, more like I followed them and the others followed me. The whole time that we were walking hunk was calling out to see if anyone was still there, the lights created a trail and we followed them through all of the twists and turns. We eventually reached a large room.
