Where are you?

Rory's POV

I just left my appointment and going to the library to pick up some books that I requested then heading back to the apartment. It was just heading on dusk and as I walked past one of the alleys a few blocks from our apartment. The next thing I know is I am being dragged into it and before I know it I'm out like a light.

Logan's POV

I get home later than usual as I had to stay back and speak with one of my professors.

"Hey Ace I'm home" I call out as I go to our room and change and walk back out.

"Ace where are you?" I call out as I look around the apartment. I realise that she isn't home yet as her bags aren't here. I check my watch and I see it's already after 7 so I give here a call just in case she stayed back on campus to work on some work. I push one on my speed dial and wait for her to pick up. It rings out and goes to voicemail so I leave her a quick message to call me when she gets it. I decided to order some Thai food for dinner and hope she gets home to share it with me. Forty minutes later dinner is her but still no Rory, I call her again now getting really worried. When I get no answer and go through to voicemail again I call Colin and Steph at there place.

"Hello" She answers

"Steph when was the last time you heard from Rory?" I ask her in a panic.

"Let's see I think it was just after our last class before she went to an appointment." Steph answers.

"Do you know where the appointment was maybe I can try and track down her movements" I say to her becoming frantic.

"Logan she probably just feel asleep in one of the libraries not like she hasn't done it before" She says to me trying to placate me but it just doesn't work.

"She always answers her phone Steph, my wife is missing I can't just let this go. What if something has happened to her?" I says starting to breakdown not able to handle it.

"Hold on Logan, I will get the guys and we will be over ASAP" She says as she hangs up the phone and I let it fall out of my hand. I sit back on the couch and just think about everything that could have happened to her. Within twenty minutes my front door is opening I spin around thinking it might be Rory but it isn't.

"You haven't heard anything?" Finn asks moving straight to the bar to make us drinks.

"No" I answer sounding like a wounded puppy.

"Have you spoken to anyone other than us?" Colin asks

"No" I reply like a robot.

"You need to call Mitchum he may have an idea of what to do" Steph says and I grab my phone from where I dropped it and dial dad's number.

"What now Logan?" dad says when he answers and I choke up not being able to say the words.

"Logan what's wrong? Answer me son" he says and I still can't say anything, Colin then takes my phone and starts speaking.

"Mitchum, its Colin" He says

"Why the hell is my son crying and not able to talk?" He yells at him over the phone.

"Rory is missing" He says and I can hear Mitchum start to organise everything.

"Call the police get them over there, I will call the Gilmore's and the Hayden's. Do what you can to get him talking and I will see if I can find anything out. I will be there as soon as I can" He says and hangs up.

"Did you hear all that buddy?" He asks me

"Yes, call the cops, get them to come here I won't leave when family is on their way" I tell him and he follows my directions while Finn places a glass of scotch in front of me and I pick it up and drink it all in one go. Within forty minutes the police are here taking my statement and getting all the facts I can give them.

"Hey Steph, you never answered my question what appointment did she have today?" I ask her as I turned to face her.

"She went to see her OB/GYN" Steph answers and I look at her oddly because I know she saw her just before we went on spring break. As soon as she says it I know why she went there.

"She thinks she pregnant doesn't she" I state more then ask.

"Home test said she was, she wanted to be sure before she told you" She says softly.

"Did you hear from her at all since she left you?" I ask wondering if she knows

"No she was going to call me after she spoke to you if she was." she answers.

"Mr Huntzberger what is the address of her OB/GYN we can check out the security footage and see which direction she went." The officer asks I tell him and he writes it down just as I finish the rest of the family walks into the apartment.

"Logan do we know anymore?" Richard asks as he walks towards the bar to make everyone drinks.

"The last location we know she was at was her OB/GYN and that was at when Steph?" I answer him.

"Ahhh well class finished at 3 her appointment was for 3.45 so she would have left about 4.15. I don't know if she need to do anything else after on her way home but" she answers slightly scared.

"What time did you get home?" Straub asks me

"About 7 tonight as I had a meeting with a professor" I answer. Once the police had all the information they needed they left and It was just the family and our few friends.

"Have you received any phone calls, or letters asking for anything?" Mom asks

"No phone calls I haven't checked our mail though" I answer and give Colin the key to our box downstairs where he heads to check on the off chance it holds a key to where Rory is.

I sit there staring into space not knowing what to do, soon Colin comes in with an envelope with my name on it. I open it up to see what's inside and I just about breakdown at what is in front of me.
