Forks was not dull not at all it was teeming with wildlife and nature. It gave off an aura of mystery fog often shrouding trees. Forestry all around the small town. There wasn't a place that lacked greenery. This was a sight I hadn't seen for quite some time. The trees acted as the guardian of the forest's secrets.
Turning my head away from the police cruisers window I noticed Charlie eyeing my piercings. His coco brown eyes squinting trying to decipher them. As if they were some sort of code. Of course, what should I expect? From my navy blue uninformed caterpillar stache stereotype cop father. Renee my mother in this lifetime had no issues with my tattoos and piercings she was more free-spirited though.
Of course, a police chief father wouldn't approve of piercings. He's most likely trying to figure them out. "Ahhh, so you see my piercings curious are you pop's?" Smirking I lean further in my seat. "I guess what exactly do they mean you aren't involved in any trouble are you?" Charlie said wearily.
Looking down at a sleeping Bella a smile presented itself on my face. She snored quietly clinging to my arm like a koala. Pulling her closer I slung my arm around her. "No dad i would never do anything dangerous" I said slowly.
"They look good on you sorry, I assumed anything. I was just worried." He stuttered embarrassed. Waving my hand in the air. I brushed it off. "Nah, it's alright. You haven't seen me in a few years all of a sudden your baby girl is full of piercings looking punkish. I can understand what your cop brain is thinking." I snorted
Charlie Pulled the cruiser up to the old white house turning around in his seat. "Were here wake your sister up." He ordered. Rolling my eyes that wasn't gonna happen opening the car door. I grabbed Bella picking her up bridal style.
I walked her up the porch nuzzling her head into my shoulder. Charlie unlocked the door carrying on I stepped inside. Wow, this place really didn't change same insane painted and furniture house. Walking up the stairs they creaked under the combined weight. I entered my room Placing Bella on the white sheets gently pulling the covers over her. The frame of the bed was metal. Which was similar to an old metal hospital bed.
The room was never really childish It reflected who I was. Someone who was stuck in the past But this old-fashioned style was comfortable for me. Jogging downstairs rushing outside I grabbed my duffel bag. As well as hauling out Bellas suitcase from the trunk. Walking back to the house a sound of a truck permeated from behind me. Nearing the driveway. Getting inside to put away my things. I peered out the window a boy and a man in a wheelchair got out of an orange truck.
Strutting outside making my way over to the three guys. "What's going on? Jacob, Billy." I greeted nodding my head at them. "ELI! Screeched Jacob who pounced on me. "Hey, there squirt," I said giving him a noogie. Messing up his long black mane he pouted "Eliza! Stop" Jacob laughed. Stopping what he was doing Jacob slipped out from underneath his arm. "Hey, Wheres Bella?"Jacob searched around.
Smirking "Still crushing on my baby sister aye?!" Grabbing his cheeks I tugged on them. "Stinker!" I teased. Jacob blushed imminently. Causing everyone to start laughing. "Alright let stop teasing the poor boy she's asleep in my room. So what's with the truck?" I questioned pointing curiously. "Oh, right I had billy restore the truck for you and Bella. I know you've always love vintage stuff I found it and had Billy and Jake restore it." Charlie said rubbing his jaw.

Slinking back upstairs to her room finding it devoid of Bella. It started pouring harshly beating on her window walking over towards it. She looked out at the forest. her brain so desperately wanted to wander back to Rose. Like it always had done at the sight of rain but Eliza fought it. Choosing to peer at the little light that shone, from the outside into her graying room.
The rain breathed life into plants nourishing them aiding in there growth. Trees upon trees reaching towards the sky high and mighty they stood. Placing her hand on the water speckled glass. It was cool to the touch, placing her heated head on the glass. Eliza let out a sight breathing on the glass causing condensation.
She remembered so long ago when it seemed like Rosalie breathed life into her. When the very sight of her sent Eliza running towards her. Not away like the very thought of her. The rain reminded Eliza of her ghost.
We met on a rainy day much like this.
April 12, 1932, Rochester Newyork
The rain came down harshly violent wind picked, newspapers, and anything it could carry throwing it about. Eliza had given up on going home tucking her hands into the heavy wool overcoat she wore. She smiled taking pride in being prepared there was no getting home, In this chaotic thunderstorm.
The sky was dark gray as thunder frighteningly boomed. Since it was coming down so hard she sat under a bus stops shelter. Watching the street become less discernible only straight ahead was just visible. Still, even that was barely visible with the passing of rushing cars.
What caught Eliza's eye was a breathtakingly beautiful woman running. As the wind and rain beat against her. The Poor girl, didn't she know running would make it worse? Running in the rain would only serve to catch more water. Who was this girl? Eliza's thought curiously.
The girl was young and blonde she couldn't have been much older than Eliza's age. She ran amok like a madwoman wearing a long brown trench coat. Holding a shopping bag above her head alongside a pair of black pumps she was sopping wet.
It seemed she was completely caught off guard by the weather. Eliza for once felt bad for being prepared she looked down at her gray coat as if it wronged her. The woman was running towards the street cars flashing passed dangerously fast. Having a hard time trying to see.
The woman didn't seem like she could see what exactly she was running into. Standing up from the bench Eliza cupped her freezing hands over her mouth. "Excuse me, miss! Your running into the street! STOP!" Yelling Eliza launched forward attempting to catch up to her.
She held her shopping bag over her head. Choosing to get her new clothes wet than her hair. Shed nearly almost got hit by a car. When Eliza grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the way. Spinning them around to get out of the street. The car rushed by splashing both girls with water.
Both of their faces were only inches apart Eliza's jade green eyes met Violet ones. Both of them breathing heavily hot breath tickling each other's faces. Adrenaline running through there bodies. Tickling there insides with an electric feeling Eliza surprised Stepped back blushing.
Livid from almost getting hit by a car both girls started laughing. Rosalie thought this girl, who had just saved her life had the sweetest smile on her face. Like nothing, she'd ever seen before it was so genuine and warm. They were winded from strenuous physical activity. Eliza took Rosalie by the hand leading her under the bus stop area.
Rosalie felt butterflies well up in her chest as this beautiful stranger. Pulled her along holding her hand her hands were so soft and warm. "My names Rosalie Hale thank you for saving me back there." She said red in the face Eliza didn't understand what she'd done for her. Eliza Grinned goofily "No problem my name is Eliza Walsh." She said quiet and breathless.
Her heart pounded erratically in her chest. At the very sight of Rose but not her beauty. Eliza was exited she wanted to know this girl. After that, they held hands not wanting to let the other go. Waiting for the storm to pass trading information while keeping each other warm.
They were young crazy. A little after that they both started falling in love.
