Today he and I shared the best day of our lives.
Or so did it feel to me.
But we don't know what fate has planned for us, we don't know what's coming
and that made me scared of so many things,
It made me anxious from head
to toe.
Yet he distracted me with those bright blue eyes, standing there in front of me
and saying his honest vow.
And, just with that, all my worries dislocated
somewhere out of my mind, somewhere out of reach.
I love him, he loves me, there were no unexpected leaks.
So yes, today we shared the best day of our lives
Or so did it feel to him.
