“Nothing happen you need to worry about” I said and got back up and walked out of the class and out of the school. I let my dad know I wasn’t feeling good and I am heading to my special place that I go when I am not feeling good. I hoped on my bike and drove off out of town a little ways of town and pulled into a dirt parking lot and went off the trail when I was on it. Only a little ways out of eye sight there was a meadow that I go to with a waterfall not that far from it, when I just sat there waiting trying to figure out what to do. Mom and dad will find out soon enough and then I would mostly be in trouble. My phone started to ring I looked at the contact and I didn’t recognize it but I still answered it
“Hello?” I said
“I am so sorry I just heard you don’t even know how sorry I know you wanted it to stay secret but it got out I swear I didn’t say anything” someone said
“Who this?” I asked
“Your secret admirer” they said and hung up, what just happen I asked myself. Hours passed and my phone finally died, but I must of fell asleep because next thing I know I am waking up and it completely dark outside. I get up and stretch and I walk to my bike and hop on and drive home, when I arrived I see all the lights on in the house. I turn off my bike and walk inside and all of a sudden I am engulfed in a hug
“Thank goodness you’re ok sweetie” my mom said
“Yes I am fine why I wouldn’t be its just late before 9 I think” I said
“Honey its 3am” my mom said
“Oh wow I must have been sleepy” I said and turned to go to bed
“Sweetapple is that you” my dad said
“Yes daddy” I said
“Come here please” he asked so I walked to his office
“Yes daddy” I asked
“Where have you been? And what happen to your cheek?” he asked and moved over to my side and checked it out
“I am sorry I went to my special spot and my phone died and I fell asleep so losing track of time, well I am beat I am heading to bed” I said and turned to head to my room
“Wait you didn’t answer my question about your cheek” he said I turned and faced him I took a deep breath
“I got punched in the face on accident they apologize for it right after it happened” I said not a totally a lie most of it was but still
“Why didn’t you tell Ms. Appleheart that?” he asked
“Because I thought she didn’t need to know because it was an accident” I said
“Ah well you owe her an apologize when you see her next and you don’t have to go to school tomorrow well today because it is 4 in the morning now” he said
“Ok thank you” I said and turned to leave
“Oh and Ms. Appleheart will be her at 6 tonight for dinner you will apologize to her” he said
“Yes daddy” I said and went to my room and turned on my music and blasted it enough to drown out everyone, I went to my window and sat but I saw Ms. Appleheart light on so I slowly opened my window and went out to the tree I climb down the tree and snuck over to her house and I saw her window near the tree so I climbed it and saw it was open so I decided to see what she up to
“I can’t believe you told her that” someone said
“Iris I know how stupid could I get she my student this crush I have on her” I heard Ms. Appleheart said
“You know you can’t fight your feelings and Melissa is just using you” the person Iris said
“Yes and thank you for going to talk to her in the bar but I wished it could have been me to ask her and kiss her but you weren’t supposed to make out with her” Ms. Appleheart said then it hit me Iris as the girl that I am going on a date with
“You’re welcome and I couldn’t help it she an amazing kisser” Iris said
“Iris I don’t want to know that” Ms. Appleheart whined
“Have you heard if she back home” Iris asked
“No and that worries me” she said
“I see it in your eye’s it really is love isn’t it” Iris asked
“I don’t know but when I saw her face in class because she got punched I just wanted to hurt whoever did it to her.” Ms. Appleheart said
“But you called her and told her you’re her secret admire what if she has her dad track it?” Iris asked
“Yes I know I don’t know what came over me” she said
“You’re in love with Abigail just admit it” Iris said, I decided to open the window and go through it and when I was in, they looked at me like I was crazy. When they saw who it was Iris froze and Ms. Appleheart looked so happy to see me
‘”What are you doing here” Ms. Appleheart asked
“I saw that you were up and I wanted to come say sorry” I said she came over and pulled me into a hug
“It’s fine I just doing my job that all” she said
“I want to ask you a question” I asked her
“What’s up” she asked
“Have you ever been in love?” I asked
