It's been a couple of buzzard days, lights would flicker, dreams would end up in the same manner, me in the same place, being chased by something... or someone. I would always wake up exhausted, which shouldn't be a thing, after all, I was sleeping, right?.
It was Saturday and I was just in my office, working on one of my projects on my computer, there was another tab opened with my Spotify playing, something about music always helped me worked faster and better. While working i was thinking of all that has been going on, it seem that no matter how much work I did there where thoughts I couldn't just escape or tune out with music, they would always come rushing towards me, making me feel unease in a house I couldn't even call home anymore.
You see the Ouija board that you select to use has to be the one to close the portal between reality and whatever shadow realm is on the other side. You cannot use another one, no matter what happens and mine well, mine was probably still broken somewhere... I'm sure I put the pieces somewhere but I just cannot remember where. Stephanie and I meet outside my apartment, no more staying over for her, she refuses to even come near which I understand completely, meanwhile I'm too stubborn to leave, but also lazy.
I hadn't realized how I've been working for 5 hours, my electronic clock flashing "1:00am" at me as if it wanted to tell me "maybe you should go to sleep". I was drained, but also I was hungry, I decided that a little snack before bed wouldn't be bad. But the instant I tried to stand up from my chair i felt lightheaded, forcing me to remain in my sit "what... what the hell?!" I say but my words felt dragged, I don't know when but now my room felt foggy and entirely dark even with my computer on. I sink lower on my sit, resting my neck against the edges of the back of my chair, letting my head just hang there. Everything was dark but I knew I wasn't alone.
I was expecting my computer screen to glitch, but nothing happened, however I could feel this voice, it was singing whatever my Spotify was playing and yet I could tell it wasn't coming from my computer, it was coming from a corner of my office. I looked towards the voice, so sweet and melancholic, so alluring I found myself wanting to hear more of this voice, my heart was pounding so hard, all I suddenly wanted was this voice. I sat more straight, best I could in my weaken condition and I stared at this corner, I could see two purple glowing eyes suddenly formed and in the shadows a lovely smile was welcoming me, telling me to get closer. I stood on my feet but I was still holding myself from the chair, I gave one step, then another and then when I walked a little further I was stopped, a hand around my arm, it was strong and firm, everything was dark but all I could see where another pair of eyes, this time they where Red. I looked towards the purple ones and after hearing a giggle it all stopped, the room was clearer now and I was alone, no shadows, no eyes, no whispers that I couldn't understand, it all stopped like from a snap of fingers, all gone.
After saving my files, emailing what I needed to email and shutting down the computer I walked towards my room, no snack or glass of water, I just needed to get in me bed so badly. I lay on my bed but I couldn't stop thinking about that voice, those eyes, they whispered something to each other I'm sure of it, I don't know what but I was sure of one thing, one thing that terrified me to the core of my soul, it wasn't just one spirit, I have 3 unwanted beings in my house and I have no way of getting rid of them, worst than that, they don't seem to want to leave either, and with no idea as to how to get rid of them... what could I possibly do?.
