I carefully parked my car into the garage trying not to be so loud as I pulled in. I sat in the car for a second trying to collect my thoughts together. I hope my mom doesn't start hounding me with questions from left and right. It's sorta the last thing I needed right now, and honestly I wasn't gonna tell her the truth to why I left.
I know Cole lied about why I left because whenever we fight and she's not around he makes up stuff because we usually end up breaking stuff and messing up the room. But she's our mother so it's not like she doesn't know but neither of us have the guts to confess that we fought because she hates when we do.
I sucked my teeth before unbuckling my seatbelt and releasing it. I got out of my car and closed the door quietly.
Luckily my body heals fast so any bruises or scratches I had are gone so she won't freak out. But I began heading inside.
I opened the door and stuck my head in first and checked to see if there was anyone in sight.
Once the coast was clear I stepped inside some more and closed the door behind me softly. But it was like right on cue I heard my mom.
"BLAZE!?" I heard her call out. That's when I tried to make a run for it out the door again but she came around the corner spotting me.
"Get your ass back in here!" She demanded. I sighed and kissed my teeth.
I hung my head low turning around not wanting to face her.
"Where were you? Why did you leave last night?..." her questions went on until she started asking in different ways trying to get the same answers.
I sighed and just decided to just give in.
"I had a bad dream and I needed to blow off some steam that's all. And I left before it got to bad and I broke anything else." I lied. I really didn't have anything else planned to back up my lie but I'm sure knowing Cole he lied.
She just gave me a look and shook her head.
"You can't just leave break things and leave without telling anyone!" She said a little bit calmer.
She walked up to me and stroked my cheek before giving me a hug. I hugged her back and kissed her forehead.
"I'm sorry ma." She pulled away and just looked up at me.
"It's okay..but try that shit again and I'm really gonna take your games and stuff away." She warned. I just nodded before walking off and going to my room.
I plopped down onto my bed and just tried to relax and also try to get a good ass nap. I appreciate Alexis letting me sleep on her floor but that was uncomfortable as fuck.
